All and especially Kim did a great job to ensure we had a great stay. she was very nice every time we had a question or talked to her.

the room smelt of smoke and wet clothing as if the sheets were dirty the smell lingered all weekend. the room had ashes in the sink and on the towels.

The location was good and you can see the beach and it was one block away from the boardwalk.

I had to clean the ac filters. It looked like they were never changed. The beds were hard as a rock.

The refrigerator area and bathroom had ants. No privacy partitions on the balconies. The towels and was cloths had hair in them. There was some type of substance on the dresser handles and headboards. The inside of the drawers in the bathroom vanity were dirty. Another substance that was red was on the bathroom door frame.

The side view of beach from hotel room, the balcony where we could sit, the location of the Main Street and it’s things to do, restaurant’s, beach store fronts, gas stations. The hotel has a dedicated area for smokers outside the premises.

I did not like that we had to ask for ice by going to the hotel lobby from our room on the 5th floor each time we needed it. The hotel does not have any type of breakfast, donuts, snacks nothing. I think I saw a coffee machine.

The front desk receptionists were very friendly and had no problems helping us out when we left something in the room after checking out. Rooms and bathroom were clean.

Slightly noisy due to thin walls.
