Hi There,  I want to make a formal complain against the manager MINA (which i assume works in the day time). I’ll appreciate if i am given a proper complaint reference number. If I dont get any update/response then ill go to police to make a formal complain.  All the pictures and videos are posted on google review. I am attaching pics here as well.  Manager, MINA was very very rude, obnoxious and arrogant. When he came to my room, whole time he was intimidating and threatening me. I felt very scared and threatened in his presence. Each time i tried to make a complain, he treated me disrespectfully. For last 7 days, i cant even make any phone calls from my room. If I go to customer service, everytime they say that they will fix it but nothing. I cant order food or even call a cab. From washroom to bed sheets every thing was a disaster. Very bad customer service. Staying at this hotel was literally the worst experience of my life. Attached are the pics as a proof. Made couple of complains all the time. But they didnt even listen to me. Each time they treated me with disrespect and humiliation. I dont know whether they have a complain system or not. Each time I tried to make a complain to the reception, i was ridiculed Regards, Faisal

old, noisy, old towels, electric sockets not working/broken had to move out and stayed in another hotel

1. Not clean, stirrers and chicken pieces from precious guests stay were lying under sofa 2. House keeping took forever to bring a dental kit

Stuff is very friendly Housekeeper is very helpful

No shuttle bus from airport No weight balance for bags
