the room is very spacious and comfortable, the free shuttle to the MTR (subway station, goes frequently, making it a perfect tourist hotel. The beach is very close and very clean. The wonderful wellness area, with sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath. The combini like machines on the lobby with delicious food and a microwave. The water machine with fresh and clean water. The perfectly comfortable beds! The gym!
We couldn't use the pool at all. There was no thunderstorm, but it was closed. The breackfast portions are very small and one cannot customise, too much sweet stuff, no choice of vegetables or egg omelette. A very limited menu.

Room is well maintained and clean, staff are polite and helpful. Location is quite far from kain city though they provided free shiuttle bus. Security guards our professionally trained, they maintained ques in order.

The rooms were spacious for Hongkong standard. The location near the waterfront was perfect for exercise and was not too crowded like the hotels near Hongkong island.
The location is quite remote, which needs a bit more planning to get around. The free shuttle bus was certainly a great service, giving access to Tsuen Wan MTR station.

喜歡帝景的環境，雖然要接駁車，但還算很方便
凌晨入住，房間竟然有烟味，現在不都是全禁烟的嗎？所以換了另一個房間，比原來的要小很多，設施也陳舊，只住幾天也懶得再換。希望酒店多注意，如真有客人不守法在房間内抽烟，退房後要處理好。

The Sauna and Spa were nice and the staff there were great. Swimming pool was open as well.
The room didn’t have any ventilation and there waa no balcony or a window you could open for fresh air. Moreover , my room did not have much of a view. Also my flight was not until later that night , so I asked if I could use the change room in the spa or swimming pool after checkout to shower or change and they refused.

My family and I only stayed in Hong Kong for 24 hours, so when we landed and decided to get a hotel, this one was in budget and available to book and drive to.
The room we were given was very dusty, the smell of dust and mould was evident and sickening. There was an air purifier in the room but it started flashing and beeping half way through the night with an error message. There was mould all over the roof, thick dust on the back of the tv stand and window sills and marks of mould all through the shower.

The shuttle provided to MTR leaves on time and just enough for everybody,. The room provided was a harbor view which I liked.
The toilet lacks bidet. A bathroom with a bidet is a must for hygienic purposes. The breakfast was kind of steep considering the serving size, even twice the price than the airport.

Location a bit out, bed was very hard so didn't sleep the best and limited choice for breakfast - that was already pre-made to order

Bed was terrible - sagged in middle causing back pain.
Furnishings were quite worn and carpet had musty smell.
