Everything really, they exceed in all customer service categories. Its my favorite place to stay in Puerto Princesa Palawan.

The breakfast was really well prepared..much better than other breakfast included. The staff was awsome and in our first hour we found a tricycle driver that was more than helpful in showing us everything that Puerto Princesa had to offer.That then became our main mode of transportation,,the experience of seeing through a local was fantastic,and he also bragged about the hotel to us..Our only regret was not scheduling more time to visit the area,,,meaning we will be returning..Look for tricycle driver Ryan Rosales...highly recomended......

there was nothing I could think about that I could complain..My expectations for you were blown away..it would be nice though if we had more than one key so my wife and I could've done some things seperatly.

I liked the fact that the staff helped me arrange so that my room had a table in it gor a surprise candle light dinner. I liked that the staff was able to pre-arrange a special dinner for the birthday celebration that i asked for. Thank you so much, your the best!!

The location, it is near Robinson’s. The staffs are friendly and courteous. The free transfer to the airport. The breakfast is good.

The aircon in our room wasn’t working well. The safe wasn’t working too. The room appears to me that it hasn’t been clean properly. The floor was dirty.

The pool and the entrance. I loved the big Christmas tree and the live entertainment.

It was dirty. We changed room because in the first one the toilet was making weird noise every 5 minutes and there were ants all over the bathtub. In the second room we found women hair in the walls of the bathtub, sheets were dirty (with hair on it and yellow spots) and we found a WORM in the bed, where we were supposed to sleep, stomach level. They never cleaned the bathroom since we were there (6 days).

We enjoyed our daily breakfast. The food that were offered are well balanced and very delicious

The one that everyone in my party complaint about is the noise at night time passed 10:00PM from other customers. They were very loud and inconsiderate of other customers who wanted to have a quiet restful night. Our rooms were located very closed to the reception desk which I'm pretty sure they can hear the noise. I would have given a higher rating if not of the noise. Otherwise, we did enjoyed our stay and will book with them again should we given the chance to visit Palawan in the future. Thank you to all the staffs and the managements for accommodation us. Not really didnt like but I wish food couldve been better for breakfast
