Le relatif mauvais entretien des salles de bain qui n’étaient pas aussi propres qu’on était en droit de l’attendre d’un hôtel de cette catégorie, une chasse d’eau prête à lâcher, la climatisation qui est tombée en panne, donnant lieu à une fuite conséquente venant du plafond ( réparée peu de temps après ), un interrupteur sorti de sa boîte et qui pendait dans le couloir juste en face de notre chambre avec de longs fils électriques à l’air libre pendant un bon moment sans que personne ne bronche ( pas très sécurisant quand vous voyagez avec des enfants ). Enfin, l’impossibilité de commander à la carte au restaurant un soir avec une offre pré établie à prendre ou à laisser. J’ai dû faire une croix sur le dîner du coup, n’ayant pas d’autre restaurant à proximité et le quartier ne donnait pas spécialement envie de se promener dehors le soir. C’est assez agaçant, surtout qu’une autre cliente indienne a pu commander elle à la carte.

the breakfast arrangement was pathetic, it was overcrowded with callous unprofessional staff . my family waited for 30 minutes to get one omelete & dosa . never have i seen in a 4/5 star hotel that one has to write their request for the dish & the staff personnel who was writing it was serving dishes to his own favourite guests bypassing the guest orders placed before. In total it appeared to me a ration scam to say the least.

Spacious rooms and excellent staff to help. Value for money

Travelled with extended family and all rooms were next to each other. Food and service was excellent. Room was clean, security was good, safe hotel in a colourful area - typical Agra. Rooftop pool was refreshing, communal areas were well-maintained and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was a delight. I especially like the Indian cuisine. The staff were friendly and just welcoming and very attentive and responsive.

Constant noise from the roof top from some machinery or cooling tower. The room assigned to us was on the top floor. Room AC cooling was not up to the mark and I had to call the hotel maintenance staff twice to check and fix it.

Property is at a good location- easy to find rikshaw, auto and cabs. Food is also good. Neat and clean.

The room service needs improvement. It was pretty delayed. Staff did not bother much for the requests.

Breakfast could have been better, the car parking is not well maintained and there are outsiders and unwanted people there

Everything was great. Even the buffet was exceptionally good - provided you were seated in Cafe G and not the other area

I didn’t understand why I was charged more than the booking.com amount. It showed 16.5k while I paid around 17k. There was roughly over 500-600 rs difference without clear explanation.
