My room size was good.

I have to say that this has been one of the most disappoint experiences with any hotel I have ever stayed. The published pictures were so misleading. My room was really dirty, there were stains all over the place. My kettle was the nastiest thing I have ever seen. There were electricity bare wires in my bathroom and finally I did not have hot water, many times I had to take a cold shower.

Food service in room

Very spacious and clean rooms. It is close to the Cosmos mall and other restaurants. Staff were very helpful. A variety of dishes for breakfast, mostly Indian cuisine.

The switches and the flooring was damaged. The water in the bathroom was not getting drained as the flooring was bad. Had to call the house keeping twice for them to manually drain out the water. Room service was bad too as i had to wait for a long time to get connected to the kitchen.

This hotel is well worth the price I paid. It was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a beautiful rooftop terrace. Food was tasty and well priced. I cannot fault the hotel or the staff.

The only thing i would say is that the hotel aren't able to book taxis for guests nor recommend tour guides etc.
