Hey guys, don’t ever take stay here even if you get it for free, such a terrible disaster.
I found them thru booking.com i lost the trust in this website also.
1. The customer dealings are very poor, the boys sitting there doesn’t want to serve us.
2. No drinking water, bath towel, no soap.- had to pledge for it in the mng.
3. AC was not working and it was a night mare for me with the extreme hotness of the room. I complained but they said AC is not working and they can’t do anything. I don’t have any option since it was late night rather than adjusting.
4. First they offered me a room which floor was broken after seeing it I literally shocked.. photo attached here.
5. This is a lodge ultimately.-and don’t expect anything. Don’t believe the photos in google - misleading

I liked the behavior of the manager Ershad, but, his staff Dipak is very much unprofessional, there they don't have crockery, spoon, intercom when the manager is out of hotel, but, whenever Ershad is there, then there's no problem.
