The house was clean. Superb.

The owner was so rude. He yelled at my father just because of the children wore shoes in the house. There was no sign of ‘no shoes allowed’ at all. The cleaning staff also wore the shoes, and she didn’t inform us to take off the children shoes. What did u expect? Also there’s a lot of mosquitoes. Thanks to his wife.

We booked the homestay. He confirmed immediately. But late then when we arrived at the slim river, he told us the homestay is full. and charged us the same price for a very poor hotel nearby. it was quite late about 12 midnight so we don’t want to find another place to stay. But that hotel was really small and not comfortable. Feel like we were tricked to that hotel.

The owner posting a home stay. And when arriving he will show the hotel which say that is what you booked even the booking say the home stay. Its like scamming people. The owner is very very rude and racist. The listing should not be in booking. The towels are used and old. See the picture

the outside of the place looks pretty

the door is really thin so i can hear anyones voice from outside of my room, the pillow doesnt have a sheet and the receptionist said i need to pay a deposit of Rm50 and can take it back after giving back the room keys. But, the receptionist didnt give back the Rm50 as he say 100 for 3D2N is not enough and he say RM50 is not a deposit money, it was included in the 3D2N stay so i paid rm150 for the stay eventho in booking.com said i need to pay rm100 only. if this property wants to take actions towards my review im willing to cooperate because i got all the evidence whereas he didnt give back my money.
