It was a blast never been to a clean home with bed towels and all essentials u need for a short stay and if needed best landlord ever

It was a decent stay the host made sure we got in okay and also checked on us during the stay

The house was very clean and the area itself is very nice friendly neighbors and easy enough area to get around and our guest was very accommodating and checked on us throughout our stay

This was a nice place to stay with great hosts who made us feel welcome.

This place was perfect for me and my boys. Granted we only stayed one night but would have worked if we would have been there longer.

The beds were comfy. The entrance with wet leave and steps leading to the house was unsafe. The lodge with homeless people were disturbing. The locks on the doors seem to be unsafe you could literally kick in the doors. The kitchen and appliances were dirty and out dated. The bathroom was extremely narrow and small.I had to disinfect and clean the tub and bathroom thoughly. I don't think I would recommend or stay at this property again.

Everything was as stated & pictured. Location is about a $15 Uber ride from Airport. Quiet area. No Complaints. Would stay again. Thank you.

Cute, simple house close to Marta station. Comfy beds and a cold AC made our evening comfortable. The hosts communicate immediately and we’re friendly and helpful. We liked it so much this was our second stay! Definitely recommend.

Perfect place for our one night in Atlanta. The house has character and was super quiet. Comfy beds. Clean overall although the bathroom is due for make over/clean up. Easy to get to downtown and the Marta station. We felt good value for the price for sure!

Check in was easy and the hosts were fantastic with communication before and during our brief stay. The home is older, but it's clean and bright. Our events were downtown and this location was only an easy 20 min drive (not on the interstate - yay!). Grocery shopping and fast food options were close by, too.

Check in was easy and communication was excellent. The place had everything we needed and the hosts quickly attended to any issues. This is a street that has tons of cute houses and an apartment building at the corner. We had no problems with our stay, and were comfortable. Very cute back yard balcony area too. I'd stay here again.

Sheets and comforters were covered with nasty and disgusting stains…next to a sketchy motel. Lots of foot traffic on the street. Responsive host.

We enjoyed our getaway at this property. The home was very neat and well cared for. The check in process and communication with the property manager was easy and comfortable. My vacation to Atlanta was so nice and it was just enhanced by my stay at jefferson park. The home was perfect for us and had everything that a family could need, also was super clean. It is in a nice secure neighborhood that was close enough to restaurants and entertainment as well as the main highways so I didn't even manage to get lost. Edwyn and darlene were super responsive to all of my messages and I will definetly be staying here next time I head to Atlanta. Thank you so much for letting me stay at your home.

I had rented this property for a weekend trip for 2 of my friends and I, the moment we got there it was easy to get in we had no trouble. The place was clean and tidy. Very cozy and overall we enjoyed our stay! Will definitely think about renting with them next time again!

My band needed an easy quiet place to sleep after a gig and this fit the bill nicely. Quiet and comfortable, with a driveway for the van. We would stay again!

We stayed at this property because we were attending a conference at Georgia International Conference Center which is about 10 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood without much traffic. We felt safe throughout our stay. Checkin was easy and the home was clean, cozy and equipped with essentials (cookware, towels, iron) needed for our stay. The host was easily accessible throughout our stay. A+

The owners were very kind and assisted me with accommodation for my graduation. They stayed available as even my virtual tour guide for ATL. The property felt like home, smelled beautiful, and gave good energy. I enjoyed the intimacy of the house and loved the Ice machine. They were very thoughtful. I would recommend this property. They made a stressful event for me seamless, and I can't thank them enough.

This house was cozy and perfect! Yes, it is an older home, but it had lots of charm and character. Check in was a breeze and there was no issue with the door (as stated in a different guest's review). I am a neat freak so I was impressed with how clean the place was and the beds were COMFORTABLE! It's literally 15 minutes or less from the airport and also a short drive to the midtown night life. While most owners allow no smoking whatsoever on their properties, I LOVE that the owners have a designated area on their outside screened in porch. We enjoyed our hookah. The house was stocked with everything you'd need, iron, towels, linens, cookware, coffee maker, etc. They even provided toiletries like soap and toothpaste. Although the property is located next door to an efficiency lodging building, we still felt extremely safe and it was abnormally quiet the entire three days my friend and I were there. Oh, one thing I was really impressed by was that the owners took extra care in creating a booklet for recommendations in the area - kind of like what you'd expect to see in a hotel room. Very considerate. If you're thinking about staying, stop thinking and book it.

The property owner provided prompt and accurate communication. The property is a little bigger on the inside than it looks and the neighborhood was quiet. The larger bedrooms made the stay more comfortable. I didn't get to use the kitchen appliances but it's nice to have a full sink and stove. The bathroom is a tight squeeze and more attention needs to be paid to cleaning the corners of the tiles on the floor.

This was an okay place to stay for a night. Bathroom was dirty.
