Nothing much

My card was charged $161.78 although the guest paid up at the hotel. I have requested a refund to my card but to no avail. My account is still showing a debit. Kindly attend to my request, please.

Did not have a room when I had a confirmation #. They gave my room away and didn't have another for us.

We got there and were told that even though we had a reservation, they have no rooms and basically had to find somewhere else to stay. Luckily one hotel down the road had one room open. I will never book with Hyatt again.

location was convienent

they place a large hold on my funds of $230, and told me it was for $30. what’s sad is i needed the funds to use for my trip. Further more there is nothing in the room to use or break, not a microwave or anything, this is motel style hotel- carrying a big name. breakfast was ridiculous, I have had better in cheaper places. the cost was more that value received!

the location to the airport was a major plus

the location to the airport made it very noisy when trying to go to sleep. the bed was a bit uncomfortable for us, too hard.

I liked the location, I liked the shuttle to the airport, I liked the room, the bed was comfortable. The water was nice & hot in the shower and the water pressure was good. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The lobby was very nice. Everything was clean.

The breakfast was crap. The bathroom did not have any kind of counter space and could be updated. There was no full length mirror in the room or bathroom. The shower head did not have different settings. The tub side was very high making it awkward to step into. But once in it was fine. No USB ports for charging.

the shower was too little, the bed was hard, it had a weird smell, for 455 the room was too small, I didn’t like the connected room beside us leading by a door, shower wasn’t hot. definitely feel like a 2star hotel

I like that the hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle.

No microwave in the room.

Sounds isolation could be better, the site isn't clear about de possibility and support to leave car to take airplane.
