Personnel were very friendly and helpful.

They were very accommodating. We arrived early and they stored our luggage in a locked room until we checked in. The staff was lovely and made sure we had no need for anything. The outside was charming old town and inside was beautiful and modern.

The Family room was just perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids with a Crib. We LOVED the space in the room

The room was beautifully designed and decorated. We loved the location. Easy to walk to fun restaurants and cafes.

I booked upper level as seen online but when l reached l was disappointed they gave me the last lower level with no view as l booked and noisy in the back Bcs of the nearby factory .

The welcoming is not good with the instructions especially when you don’t know French The staff just gave us keys without showing us wxactly which elevator or way out till we had to knock on a different client’s room.

Very nice historic main building , room build on an extension tower at the back. Comfortable room and bathroom. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was nice , better than continental with sausages and bacon, which is unusual in Quebec. Late checkout ( 12.00).

Check type of cocktails you have for the happy hour from 5-7 - only some are eligible for a 50% off.

There needs to be a fan of some sort to be able to block out noise from the busy street. Not being able to manage room temperature was also inconvenient.

The breakfast.

The bathroom big beautiful and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. Smooth check-in in the beautiful lounge. Patios was clean with nice view of city line. Bed very comfortable. Nice heavy robes and slippers were also nice. The yoga mat also excellent for a morning stretchers like myself.

There were stains in front room. On sofa bed and bedroom carpet. I thought I had wrong room because the welcome note on bed was for a Mr.... My stay was for my birthday so I would of liked that lil extra touch. The breakfast was fair... bread and bagels tasted dry and stale. Pancakes were hard and burnt bacon. The coffee was good. Decent variety of options but didn't feel after comfortable getting something different after my options I first chose were unacceptable. Also it was indicated breakfast will be brought to room but that isn't the case.

1. Vent/ fan is located right above the bed and was extremely loud. It woke us up every time it would go off in the middle of the night. We kept lowering the temperature in the room so it would go off less. 2.Cleanliness was not to our standard- hand & fingerprints prints on the windows, artwork and leather bed frame. Dusty vent above the bed. 3. Zero counter space to leave anything in the bathroom. 4. Bathroom product bottles were half-filled (soap/shampoo/conditioner)

Location was a bit far for walking

The location is walking distance to 2 metro stations and right on Saint. Denis for a lot of restaurants. The style of the rooms are beautiful and everything is clean plus the beds are comfortable.

The amenities in the room are odd. There is no coffee maker just a kettle and packaged instant cappuccinos. There is very little counter space in the bathroom and no fan.
