There is no proper coordination within oyo and the owner. Money was deducted ,booking completed and after travelling to the place they say the amount is very less and we don't accept any booking.
Such a shameful service by oyo .
On top the manager said he will shift to some other hotel and on telling him what travel accommodations you will provide no clue.after hours of discussion they agreed upon paying from their pocket.
If oyo couldn't manage the online business better the services should be stopped.
Faking rates and then troubling clients .the room they provided was is such a bad state .
No lock to the door and room walls all sepage making mosquitoes all over.
Very bad experience with this hotel people.
