Ocean Front Apartment in Isla Verde neighborhood.
Offriamo un appartamento sulla spiaggia con una splendida vista sull'oceano dal balcone anteriore. Questa unità da bagno 2 ° e 2 ° piano 2 ° piano è un grazioso, tranquillo e ventilato appartamento in una stradina tranquilla in un quartiere recintato. Si trova a pochi passi dall'estremità occidentale della spiaggia di Isla Verde e da una baia riparata. Inoltre a pochi passi da ampie spiagge sabbiose, negozi, ristoranti e un supermercato. L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato e arredato. Dispone di due camere da letto, tra cui una grande camera matrimoniale con un letto king size, ampio bagno e cabina armadio. Sheltered Cove. : Questa baia riparata è un posto eccellente per i bambini piccoli che giocano nella sabbia e in acque poco profonde e calme. È a pochi passi dall'appartamento. Per scendere più in basso sulla spiaggia dove ci sono tratti di sabbia più ampi, ricordati di portare delle buone scarpe da spiaggia per camminare comodamente su alcuni scogli lungo il percorso. Un'ottima posizione per gli amanti del cibo. A pochi passi dall'appartamento avrete una grande varietà di opzioni per mangiare. Sport acquatici locali: per i più avventurosi, ci sono alcuni negozi di sport acquatici a pochi passi dall'appartamento. Offrono attrezzature e gite per immersioni e snorkeling, wind surf, kitesurf e paddle boarding.
Un paio di negozi (Velauno e Beach Cats) offrono lezioni o possono metterti in contatto con gli istruttori.

Had a great trip at this location. Host John was very friendly and gave tips on places to go and see. The location is great, right on the beach and close to ample eating locations and stores. The house is stocked with all that you will need for the beach - towels, chairs, snorkel gear, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked. Overall very clean and spacious. We would definitely return.

Well maintained, clean, comfortable, lots of amenities, fully stocked kitchen with small selection of spices, stocked bathrooms with towels, washcloth's, soap and shampoo. Landscaping is well maintained. It was great being so close to a calm little beach. The beach is only maybe a 3 minute walk but it’s not right out front. There is a beautiful view of the ocean right out front!

We spent a week here with friends. John was a wonderful host, He let us check in a little early which was appreciated. He was very communicative and helpful with suggestions of where to eat etc and even brought us some of his own grown and roasted coffee ! The location was perfect right on the beach and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Overall a great stay at John's place. 4 of us (all females) in our mid 20s stayed here and felt safe. Location is great to hangout at the beach and San Juan isn't too far away. There isn't much of a 'party' scene this area, which we were okay with. Restaurants on the street near the house were good for the most part. We had a fantastic time, thanks John!

We loved everything about this place. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. The weather was hot but the air conditioning was dependable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Best of all, we were only yards from the beach and a short walk to the sheltered cove where which felt very safe for swimming. I loved watching and hearing the ocean waves right from the apartment. 100% would love to return.

Amazing spot for a family vacation with a beautiful view of the ocean. Beach was walking distance which was a plus. I also enjoyed how conveniently located it was to food spots and any other touristy locations. John was very helpful and responsive with any questions that I had.

John was a fantastic host. Three were 2 boogie boards on the property, but John saw that we had 3 kids so he found another one for us even though we did not request it.
The property was great and the location was perfect. it was only a few minutes walk to a quite section of the beach with some nice waves. I would definitely recommend John and this property.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was very spacious and comfortable. Great amenities, including washer/dryer in the apartment, boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys. John was an excellent host and very helpful at both check-in and check-out. Location next to the swimming cove was perfect and our kids took full advantage. A couple of great dining places a short walk away - including Bistro Cafe and The New Ceviche. Grocery store close by as well. Would definitely return.

Our host was so accommodating meeting us to let us in, walking us through the property and being available anytime we had questions. The unit had a beautiful view of Isla Verde beach and was an ideal location for our visit! We could not have been more pleased with this property! Highly recommend!

John is a great host and the listing is pretty accurate! You are so close to the beach. Enjoyed it every day. There are delicious restaurants and cafes around within walking distance or take a super short Uber ride to Old San Juan. I definitely recommend his place!

The property is in a great location all kinds of restaurants, drinks, 24 hour super market, beach with very calm waters for kids, trees near the water for shade. Also, John, the host is great. My family loved him and everything was very organized from check in to a written manual inside the villa with information on things to do and places to eat. The villa was spacious for 4 people, had beach supplies, toys, games, books, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

Old San Juan, El yunque, and other major attractions on the eastern side or the island are accessible with an hours drive.

First of all, John is a wonderful host! He was very helpful and accommodating to anything we needed during our stay. The location is right on the beach with beautiful views. The cove is perfect for swimming! Bed was very comfortable and we slept well the whole week. I would give this 6 stars if I could!

The house is directly on the water, and the beach with no seawall is just steps away. When not on the beach the AC works wells in each bedroom and the main room. John the owner was helpful and super nice. It was a great vacation! Several restaurants, grocery stores and food trucks are all walkable from the property. Does have secure parking as well if you rent a car.

This rental was the cherry on top of our time in PR. Nothing beats the location - right on the ocean and close to everything, including the airport and San Juan. John was very pleasant and thoughtful with the beach toys he provided for our kids. There are 3 A/C units in the home - The ones in the bedrooms worked fine, but the one in the main living room didn’t work for the entirety of our 7 day stay. John noticed it right before our stay and attempted to reset the machine promptly, called the technician, and offered another apartment at his location. The convenience of the washer and dryer and well-stocked kitchen were additional perks. We would highly recommend this home, but if A/C is important to you, just confirm that the units are functioning well before you book.

My husband and I went to Puerto Rico to celebrate our 25th anniversary. John, the owner and property manager, was friendly and easy to work with. The location was a great central location to travel to places on the island. The view of the ocean was beautiful. You have to walk to a nearby beach and/or cove since there is no immediate access to get into the water . The island is beautiful, and most people were very friendly. Our only complaint is that the master bed mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. All in all though, we give our stay 5 stars and would visit again!

Perfect for vacation!
John was wonderful! He was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and had everything that we needed. Great location in San Juan! Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Easy driving to Old San Juan and downtown. There were enough beach towels, 4 beach chairs and extra sunscreen too! We even bought and left a beach umbrella to add to the stash. We stayed there for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! We cannot wait to stay again!

Stay in Punta Las Marias
This is our second time staying in this property. The first time for 4 weeks last year, and this time for 2 weeks.
The location has been very good for our needs. A car rental is useful in PR, and the property has a designated parking space. John is a gracious and attentive host, and the upper level apartment we stayed in has all the amenities we needed with ample space for my family of 4 adults.

We loved our stay at Puntas Las Marias! I couldn’t say enough good things about it. The rooms were immaculate. The apartment had everything you need for days at the beach, including towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. John was a great host and was very prompt. The location is phenomenal with just a few minute walk to Isla Verde beach, or a 10-20 min drive to downtown. You get a very quiet, secluded feel while being close to everything. Again, we loved our stay here and cannot recommend it enough :)

We loved our stay at Puntas Las Marias! I couldn’t say enough good things about it. The rooms were immaculate. The apartment had everything you need for days at the beach, including towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. John was a great host and was very prompt. The location is phenomenal with just a few minute walk to Isla Verde beach, or a 10-20 min drive to downtown. You get a very quiet, secluded feel while being close to everything. Again, we loved our stay here and cannot recommend it enough :)

John is a fantastic host, friendly, helpful, and so eager to insure that your stay is everything you want it to be. We loved the neighborhood, the bench to watch the waves, the local swimming cove, and the local restaurants! We met so many kind and caring people. We have been to Puerto Rico many times, but staying in a neighborhood gives you the opportunity to truly appreciate the beautiful culture of the people and the island. We can't wait to come back.
