Location is good, a bit higher up so not noisy but still close to the shops and everything you need. Place was clean, no Aircon unfortunately so quiet warm, but place had everything else.

This is the second time we have stayed, in the property, and had a wonderful holiday.

This place truly had it all. Close by the bus station, 10-15 Min walk to the beach and very peaceful, away from the chaos. But not only, the flat was full of everything that you needed on an every day basis and more, including a cooling bag and ice pack in the freezer to take your drinks and food to the beach, beach towels, etc Thoroughly enjoyed it, will definitely stay here again, if we go back to Tenerife

Great apartment , good WiFi , every channel you can think about on TV. Really good directions from Ed to the apartment. Only downside are the sunbeds on the terrace really uncomfortable but that's down to the resort.

The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing break in Los Christianos. Communication with the owner and his instructions were spot on. The pool and the cabana poolside bar/cafe provide and excellent service and not too pricey. The area has various restaurants, bars and supermarkets to suit most needs. We will look to book again.

good location, nice walk down to bars and shops ,shared pool was fine . Details of how to find and get into room were easy to follow , overall a lovely break.

Apartment was very well appointed,clean and efficient.Cabana pool house saved us cooking anything,after all it was also my wifes holiday as well.Spoilt for choice as to where to eat,some with entertainment,some without depends on what you wanted.All in all an ideal location for some r & r.

The apartment was spotless, well equipped. The balcony view is priceless, and gets the sun for most of the day. Plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance. Would have no hesitation recommending to others.

We had a wonderful stay here, small but lovely balcony with sea view, spacious apartment with ceiling fans and stand fans in both rooms with was fantastic, great pool and cafe bar which was very reasonable priced. Bars, restaurants and shops 5 mins walking and a supermarket other side of building (go past the pool for quickness) will defo be back

Stayed here for 9 nights as a couple from Feb.28th and grateful to have escaped the 'Beast from the East'! The apartment is easy to find in the Los Diamantes (Phase 2) complex with the main entrance through Club Tenerife. It is generally well equipped with functional furniture and utensils. The balcony receives sun for much of the day which is a big plus as is the fact that it is well located with a range of good restaurants within easy walking distance. A handy supermarket just yards away provides most basics that you may need. The apartment is clean and functional with open plan kitchen and lounge area. Two bikes are available for use but you do need some pedal power to get up the fairly steep hill as you approach the complex. A rather small bedroom with two single beds completes the space available. Wi-Fi is available free of charge or for a faster speed you can pay a supplement at reception. Our only real negatives would be that the towels and bedding provided could have been of much better quality (also note there is no maid service available). As we were well aware, there is no air conditioning so not sure how the fans would have coped in really hot weather. Los Diamantes is a 3 star complex with its own small swimming pool - it also has a good bar / café with very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Another good aspect was that there was plenty of sunbeds at this time of year for guests to use as well as a sun terrace with scenic views towards the coast. Ed, the owner of the property is easy to deal with and communicates promptly. Overall, we were pleased to stay in this apartment which although fairly basic, was in our opinion still good value for money.

We stayed for three weeks, 21st November-12th December 2017. The apartment was spotless, modern, comfortable, well equipped and also cosy. We enjoyed the best holiday we have had for a very long time. The complex is lovely, lovely clean pool and great pool bar run by two Italians who could not be more helpful as are the reception staff. There are multiple bars and restaurants within easy reach, all of which offer great food, drink and entertainment. We are already planning to return to this apartment next year and highly recommend it. Debby & Alan

Had a lovely time in Tenerife , apartment very modern &clean ,pool and bar never too busy so always got sunbed , shops &bars all round &lots of lovely restaurants for evening meals when cooler . Only little moan was would have liked to use bikes but lock combination was not right number 😁

This apartment was lovely. It had all of the basics we needed for a 'self catering' stay. Nearby was a supermarket, some restaurants and some bars. The pool was clean and wasn't overly busy ever. The beach is a 10-15min walk away, but the return trip is uphill which was fine by us, but bothered some of our neighbours!

Wonderfully clean, modern apartment! Extremely well equipped. Everything we needed. Can't find anything to fault. Would definitely recommend & will be returning! I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again!
