Great location, fabulous views of Los Cristianos harbour & surrounds. Very clean & beautifully presented. Loved the way the breeze flowed through the apartment and how we could leave the windows open all the time as it we felt so safe & secure.

perfect location near beach & all amenities

Everything was great, well equipped apartment with everything you need. Washing machine, coffee pot, towels, umbrella. Good location, super view from the balcony, private parking place, close to the beach and restaurants, supermarket as well. Nice host :)

Location. Beautiful view from balcony. Modern and clean apartment. Good communication with the host Facundo. He waited for us to hand over the keys despite a massive delay at the airport to rent a car. He also kindly let us check out late at 4:30pm, thank you Facundo! There was some beer left for us in the fridge as well. Much appreciated, Thanks :)

Smelly drains occasionally. The pool not heated and enclosed by a not very nice looking high wall. 10th floor is necessary to have a lovely view but a bit of a nightmare with small children, the big hole next to the lifts was my biggest concern, beware!

Reception by Facundo was very friendly and fun. The apartment has everything you need including beach umbrellas. The photos don't really show it properly as there is no photo of the pool etc. Everything you want is there and it has a great view of the mountains from the balcony. Also the location is great as it's easy to reach many bars and restaurant.

You are in the center and because you are so high you have a direct line with all the bars and clubs around you. You can clearly hear them whilst trying to sleep. Even if the windows are closed, you won't close the windows though because of the heat. I think some better insulating windows plus some good ventilation / aiecon would go a long way to fixing this. Also the outlet of the cooking air ends in the cabinet above, we mostly went out for food so it wasn't a problem for us.

It is very comfortable and decorated very nicely with all channels on TV. there are plenty of towels and the pool is lovely and always spotlessly clean.
