NOTHING!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ocean View Cactus I and the subsequent handling of our case by Booking.com. We checked in on the night of 24th May around 23:15, assisted by the owner, Laci, who briefly showed us the apartment and took a 30 EUR cash fee for the late check-in. Shortly after he left, we discovered the bathroom was filthy, with excrement on the toilet and dirt on the shower floor, making it clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Upon inspecting the bed, we found crumpled, used, and sweaty-smelling sheets, along with pillowcases that smelled like hair shampoo. We contacted Laci immediately at 23:51 and sent him around 14 photos, but received no reply. When he called us back, he said he couldn’t do anything until the morning. Given the state of the apartment, we couldn’t stay there and asked for a full refund, which he agreed to. We left the keys as per his instructions and sent him a WhatsApp photo, departing at 00:19. Despite this, Laci falsely claimed we stayed overnight. We have provided proof that we booked another accommodation via Booking.com nearby shortly after our call ended and checked in around 1 am. Not only did Laci’s actions violate several regulations, but the handling of our case by Booking.com has been equally disappointing. Booking.com have refunded us only half the amount from their side, but the owner kept the full 300 EUR for providing a filthy apartment. Booking.com said they can't do anything more and that we should contact the owner, but he is ignoring our calls and emails as any scammer would do. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and I strongly advise others to avoid staying at Ocean View Cactus I.

Sehr praktische Lage mit Blick bis zum Meer. Nur wenige Treppen runter bis ins Zentrum und 5 min zum tollen Strand. Alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Die Eigentümer können nichts dafür aber eine 10 wie gefordert kann man nicht geben weil die hässliche Bauruine davor die Hälfte meiner Aussicht blockierte. Einmal Generalputz in allen Ritten für ein richtig frisches Erscheinungsbild wäre auch empfehlenswert und dabei uralte Sonnencremes voriger Gäste in den Müll werfen.

Pulizia quasi inesistente, ho dovuto ripulire io anche il water e lo scopino in uno stato obrobrioso... Cappa cucina, forno non puliti penso da mesi.... Elettrodomestici schizzati, stoviglie sporche, capelli quasi ovunque... Anche se l'host si è offerto di far venire qualcuno ad effettuare la pulizia il giorno dopo non ho accettato tanto avrebbero sicuramente pulito nello stesso modo superficiale... Biancheria letto di dimensioni non idonee, asciugamani pessimi Nessun bagnoschiuma Polvere ovunque addirittura dentro gli armadi Mi dispiace ma affittare in questo modo è una mancanza di rispetto per i clienti

Lokatie , top ! Kom niet met een rollator of slecht ter been , want het is hoog gelegen . Appartement prima , alles is er wat je wilt , groot balkon , ruimte en een heerlijke douche . Wat alleen wel mag , 6 handdoeken voor het douche . Verder echt perfect !

Host - cheater. 1. He asks for 10 points in booking. It is not his business, this is guests communication. 2. Sea view - it is ghost house with cats, birds, etc view ( I attach photo) sea view is 10 % of view. 3. Price is like for sea view, but as I mentioned- it is ghost house view.

De ligging, het uitzicht, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

Beetje oubollig ingericht, maar het bed ligt goed en badkamer is prima.

Das Schlüsselsystem könnte verbessert werden da wir nur einen Schlüssel für 3 Personen hatten Kleine Anregung : ein Staubsauger wäre toll
