The apartment was very well located, clean and spacious. the hotel personnel was very helpful and friendly. We had a very relaxing holiday

The check-out was early and the bathroom was a bit out-of-date. But overall we were very happy.

Lovely apartment with comfy beds and a delicious buffet breakfast every morning. All the staff were excellent 👏

Shower was filthy and broken. Second bedroom was up a steep spiral staircase. Numbering of apartments was hard to follow. On site cafe/bar was closed.

The apartment complex was great. It was very well kept, and also had a nature aspect to it with all the lovely gardens, which I really loved. The view of the mountains from our balcony was amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better pool area, as there were four main pools, and also two smaller pools for young children. The complex was also very central, close to the strip of restaurants/bars and also the beach.

I did not like the fact that not all of the apartments had air con. Our apartment did not have air con and we found this very stressful as a family. We struggled to sleep most nights, leaving us feeling tired every morning with a busy day ahead. We had to pay at reception for fans, however they were fairly useless. Also, the restaurant in the complex closed way to early at 6pm. Therefore, if you wanted to have a quiet night in and have dinner in the complex you were staying in, you could not unless you went for dinner before 6pm, which is ridiculous. For both these reasons alone, we would not stay at Apartmentos HG Christian Sur again.

Well maintained complex with beautiful landscaping, and good facilities such as laundry and water dispensing machine, to save carrying water from the shops. Staff are all very pleasant and friendly. Great location with only a ten minute walk to the harbour. Complex is very quiet at night, but plenty of restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk to suit every taste. Great little deli to the front of the complex for rolls, salads etc....prices are really cheap for the size of the portions....one roll would really feed two !

Two bed apartment was on on split floors with spiral staircase in the middle and the 2nd bedroom upstairs, meaning the footprint of the living area is the same as a one bed apartment, or even slightly less. During a previous stay, the two bed apartment was on one level and the apartment was much bigger - make sure to ask for a single level if staying in a two bed. The rush for the parasols and sunbeds each morning is a pain, and would be unnecessary if they enforced the rule about not reserving sunbeds - although the same could probably be said for most complexes

The staff, they were all really nice. The appartment was really clean and the staff arrive every few days to change linen, towels and clean ☺️

The stairs, hard when you are on the top floor. Shortage of worktop space in the kitchen area..

Rooms cleaned everyday providing clean towels and general cleaning of the apartment. Swimming pool was very clean and monitored by a lifeguard. Location was 10/15 min walk to the center of town/beach

No bar facilities in Cristian Sur, you have to go across the road to the Tenerife Sur as they are connected. Bar closed very early compared to other bars in the area. Rooms were dated, stairs in duplex apartment held together with large screws, not great looking. If you like stairs, there’s a lot! Especially if you are using a duplex apartment and a nightmare to bring large suitcases up. Poolside beds are locked until 10am, I think this should be earlier….say 9am. However this didn’t stop people standing over the beds waiting on them to be released. If beds are not available until that time then guests should not be allowed to throw their towels on top of the umbrellas particularly when they don’t use them. Noticed a number of the beds and umbrellas not used until well into the mid afternoon. Parents with young kids could make use of the umbrellas to keep the young ones in the shade.
