beds are rock hard, after sleeping in them for 4 nights my wife’s neck was so stiff she couldn’t look left or right!!

We specifically booked this place as it was near to the beach & los cristianos town plus a 40 min walk to playa las Americas…Overall lovely stay at this hotel, nice rooms with spacious living area and bedrooms. Bathroom is also big and clean, Balcony’s are nice however we were in the shade so didn’t get much sun, lovely view of the pool though, we went during feb half term so a lot of noisy children during the day but not much of a problem. Highly recommend using the spa facilities in the hotel as I booked a massage for my boyfriend and the masseuse ‘Dana’ was absolutely lovely!!! with very good prices - overall kind staff especially the hotel receptionists! we were also here during my birthday & the hotel brought us a bottle of bubbly!!! Thank you very much ❤️

Only issue was the beds are slightly uncomfortable, very hard mattresses causing my boyfriend to have a bad back and myself slight neck pain

The food for the evening buffet wasn't brilliant but it was eatable

Loved the location and clean spacious rooms. There was so many different options around the hotel for food and drinks. 10 minute walk to the beach and main bars restaurants. Staff were all lovely and room was cleaned most days. It was my boyfriends birthday while we were there and we come back to the room in the afternoon to a bottle of Prosecco from the management which was such a lovely surprise.

Sunbeds started to be cleared away at 3.30pm and would be all put away by 5.30. Sunbeds by the pool not very comfortable and a charge to get cushions for them which should be free. Pool is freezing (advertised at heated but it's not)

We had cockroaches EVERYWHERE inside our room. If we turned the lights off for a couple of minutes and turned them on again, they would show up. Completely disgusting, and unacceptable.
