The Unit was cleaned, Nice view, great location. Restaurants, bars, store all walking distance. The Unit is very Secured.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Rita did a great job communicating information and everything was as advertised. The condo was everything we hoped for and the beach was amazing. Thanks for a wonderful week in Puerto Rico!

This unit was everything we hoped for and then some. Rita the owner is very attentive and keeps her unit in excellent condition. She provides beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, coolers, floats, paddle rackets, etc. The beach towels were in excellent condition and plentiful. Having a washer and drier in the apartment was fantastic. There were all the amenities you can think of, including bug spray, soap, shampoos, conditioner, a very well stocked first aid kit. She also left us a with a welcome bottle of wine, OJ for breakfast, bread, cheese and turkey slices. This is a 10+ star place.

The condo was beautiful, great space and has a great view. The property manager was responsive and helpful during our stay. The condo had everything we needed and was close to a lot of shops, restaurants, etc. we had no trouble getting Ubers to where we wanted to go.

The positives: - great view - beach and pool access -close to stores and a few places to eat -condo security personnel was helpful and friendly -parking is a plus -there was plenty of space -highly secured building that requires key fobs to access most parts of the building -allowed us to store our belongings in a room since we arrived before check-in time. The Cons: - Dirty bathroom with mildew on the shower door -Dirty hood over the stove -Dirty light fixtures -uncomfortable bed in the master bedroom - scratched up pan that needs to be replaced - A parking garage key fob that wasn't working - Loud music at night from the corner restaurant/bar My stay was good. It could have been better. The cleanliness needs improvement. On the first day, I was excited to be there. Towards the end of my stay, upon taking a closer look at appliances and fixtures, I was ready to leave. There's nothing you can do about the loud music at night. If you are not a sound sleeper, this will not be a good choice for you. The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It was not comfortable. The pan was all scratched up - it needs to be replaced. The key fob for the parking garage was not working and it was pretty frustrating having to figure this out on our own. After several attempts at opening the gate for the parking garage, we realized, the fob wasn't working. Why was it out responsibility to have to figure this out and then in addition, bring it to security to have fixed? We arrived at around 10:00 in the morning. Security was friendly in that they allowed us to store our belongings in a room until it was time for check-in which is at 4:00. We were curious about taking a sneak peek at the pool in advance and was told it wasn't possible because the key fob for the pool was inside the condominium. In addition, I had asked the property manager about a late check out for Friday because our flight had gotten pushed back several hours - I emailed the property manager way in advance and I never received an answer until much later near the date of my trip. I found this interesting that that property manager was quick to message me when I asked about renting the place - but once my deposit was made, it took a while before she answered any subsequent questions. It was a fair stay. Would I stay there again? No.

Our stay was wonderful, location was good. Beautiful views!! Rita was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I have been to PR many times and have been in 4 to 5 different areas. This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. Isla Verde, for us, is the cleanest and the beach, outside the back door, is perfect.

I've stayed in this building twice and in this unit just last week. Rita, the owner/manager is wonderful to work with! So communicative, responsive, helpful. Great view from the apartment and all the amenities needed. A big too much noise outside on the busy street side but otherwise very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described, and was very spacious. Rita and her husband went out of their way to make sure we understood how to enter and exit the buildings and parking.

We stayed here for a week and loved everything about this place! It is exactly as the listing states, the communication with Rita was spot on and very accommodating, our flights were delayed entrusting our youngest daughter to handle the check in process of which she had no issues. This location is key, Isla Verde is such a wonderful beach, not too busy but busy enough, the convenient proximity to the airport and walking distance to different restaurants and all other San Juan sites within a 10 minute UBER ride. The place itself has a nice quiet pool area, beach access is super easy and if you don't want to bring chairs down, the $4 chair rental is right there. The condo was clean and had every amenity required, towels, beach bags, chairs, coolers, kitchen accessories, and easy washer/dryer. Thank you Rita for our superb stay, we will be back again!

It was a wonderful experience, a home away from home. The condo was fully equipped and in great condition. My children enjoyed the use of the pool, beach. Rita equipped all the necessities for the beach, and added a few touched making it a wonderful family experience. I highly recommend.

We have wanted to take our whole family to Puerto Rico for a long time. Our kids are now college age. This place was so perfect. Rita was an amazing hostess. She left us many helpful grocery items to get us started, and accommodated our requests easily. There is so much to do in this area, and yet such tranquility on the beach side. The main street is busy and music plays late into the night...embrace it! The pizza bar across the street has amazing mojitos! Rita was so kind and our whole family will cherish the memories of our trip.

Rita’s 3 bedroom / 2 bath apartment was wonderful. Gorgeous view of the beach and lots of room. Also, she had the place stocked with beach supplies and infant supplies for our baby. Highly recommend the stay. My one small critique would be that since the bedrooms are on the same side of the building as the main strip, they get a little noisy at night. But if that is not a deal breaker, don’t hesitate to book this property.

Owner's were fantastic, condo was very nice, but needs some minor repairs, and the street noise kept us up some nights

Rita is a great host. Some problems with communication but it was based on my Cell phone carrier not having coverage in the Island. Apartment was as shown in the photos. Plenty of room and Rita provided wine and essentials, bread, ham, cheese and a little bit more. Puerto Rico is my birthplace and we always enjoy it. My granddaughters had a blast at the pool and beach. Used to live in the same area by Alambique Beach. Best beach in the area and everything nearby. Will do it again with the prepaid cell I bought! Or without it.

Rita and her apartment were a perfect stay for our family. Communication was excellent. Apartment had everything we needed for the beach and pool. Coolers, chairs, baby float, stroller and a pack n play. Nice living area and two full bathrooms.

Overall it was a good experience. Very clean place and easy access to the beach and pool. We had some issues in the condo the first day but they were quickly resolved by Rita and her husband. They went out of their way! It was a pleasure dealing with them. The beach was AWESOME, so was the view from the condo. When booking keep in mind this is a lively neighborhood with bars across the street.

We had a perfect vacation in Isla Verde! Rita’s condo was lovely, so close to the beach, well stocked and clean. She provided everything we needed for our trip. Rita was very helpful in answering questions and helping us make the most of our vacation. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and we’ll definitely return!

We had the most wonderful stay at Rita's beautiful apartment over winter break. Her place directly overlooks the pool and beach and is super clean, modernly decorated, comfortable, and has everything you need! (including toiletries and plenty of towels!) Its airy and feels like vacation- and child-friendly. Rita generously left basics in fridge and even holiday toys for the kids! She went above and beyond. The building is safe and very conveniently located. The beach is phenomenal.

The property is walking distance to everything in Isla Verde...beach views are amazing...such a well stocked rental, beach toys, extra towels, full kitchen...you name it, Rita has it! On top of everything, she left juice, milk, ham, cheese and bread..plus every tolietry you can think of...just over the top in all regards. Thank you for a wonderful trip!!!

Rita was such a great host. She called to check on me and to make sure I had all the proper instructions to get into the building to access the beautiful condo. I love corner units and this one was exactly what the pictures shows. It's perfect for at least 8 people we totaled 7. Rita was so nice she left us wine, ham, cheese and bread for us to eat and drink. This has been the first rental that offered extras. We all loved how the condo had everything we could possibly need while away from home. I didn't need to pack anything just my clothes! now I know next time I stay here. The amenities left for us to use made our stay so much more pleasant. The location is perfect close to the airport, shops and plenty of restaurants, but most important your back yard is the beach. The pool was great for kids and grown ups. The parking was private and super safe. We all loved this location and would definitely recommend and re-book in our future stay in Isla Verde. Property was very nice ,our only issue with communication was the shut down on the island caused issues with making contact with the owners. This was the only median we were able to utilize. Rita and Jorge were very easy to work with.

We have stayed in different parts of this wonderful island for the last 6 years. No more. The apartment and location is perfect. We heard two “Wow’s “ when the dood opened for the first time, one from our grand kids and the other from their parents. The pictures you see about this property are accurate or come up a little short. Dealing with Rita was an absolute pleasure. Beds are great. The place is SO convent for eating out or picking up groceries. VERY SAFE and security is very pleasant. The beach is clean and clientele at the pool, as well, is pleasant. What a wonderful find and as mentioned, we are coming back. Tony and Ann

The property is located in a fabulous beach and is very roomy. The bathrooms are not very comfortable and/or clean. It does provide plenty of towels. The kitchen needs improvement and the air conditioning unit needs maintenance. Most important, the cleaning person that came at the end of the stay was very unfriendly and rude. She needs to improve the quality of her work to maintain such a beautiful apartment. It is a shame that it is slowly going to waste. I would stay again if it is completely updated.

The condo was well appointed and comfortable for the 7 of us. It is located on a beautiful beach and had great views of the ocean and pool. I would only note that the remote to open the car gate to the property and to the garage below was not working. But we were able to use an additional parking spot on the first level. Our host, Rita, was wonderful, and I would stay at this condo again. I recommend this condo for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful place to stay for our family. View was breathtaking! Very convenient location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Rita made us feel right at home. Definitely we will come back in the future.
