Great place and value for the money. We were given a bigger room than the one we booked, really nice and next to the pool.

Kathleen Tyler and Tabitha were very friendly at checkin. the property was priced well and the amenities were clean. if you are looking for a place just to sleep in the area it’s honestly perfect.

the bed was uncomfortable personally. but for the price you can’t beat it.

Room was dated but clean. AC worked well.

Toilet didn’t flush properly and lots of little bugs were in room overnight near the windows.

Location was great.

Not very clean inside, sketchy area, get what you pay for type motel. It was ok for one night, wouldn’t stay any longer though. Aware of the cash deposit beforehand but didn’t really like having to provide it in cash.

All oke based on cost.

I am not sure the bestsheets are clean. Smell was oke but had 2 different hair on it.

I love the setting and the property. I also like that it is within walking distance of the World Market and the European Market. Just a quick drive to the Casino and the Flashback Diner. Also enjoyed Jack’s Diner. Staff is great. Publix and Walmart Neighborhood Grocery are close. Hollywood and Hollywood Beach are fun. But Richard’s is a special place in it’s own right!

I think there should be a safety bar( hand rail) in the shower. It was a little slippery and I’m and old lady😎

Good location, fair price, quiet and clean. I worked nights so my days were unbothered. Best part no deposit.
