Grazioso appartamento fronte mare con 1 letto e 1 bagno, situato a Marbella del Caribe, l'edificio più famoso di Isla Verde Beach (la migliore spiaggia urbana del mondo secondo USA Today). Apt è esattamente come nelle foto. Dormire 5. L'appartamento ha la migliore posizione a Isla Verde, a breve distanza a piedi da infinite opzioni per ristoranti, bar sulla spiaggia, supermercati, casinò e vita notturna. Non è necessario noleggiare un'auto. Si trova a 7 minuti dall'aeroporto SJU e 15 minuti dalla vecchia San Juan. Include un parcheggio dedicato per un veicolo. L'edificio offre sicurezza 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 e una bellissima piscina sulla spiaggia.

Friends recommend the Marebella condos for our first trip to Puerto Rico. The location in the East building made it very convenient to the pool & beach and within walking distance to many stores & restaurants. While not a luxury condo, it was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with towels, amenities and had ample closet & dresser storage. Great vacation!

Property had awesome view. A little small for 4 people, but be excellent for 2. Check in was very easy. We didn't cook any meals, but could have if had choosed. The only negative thing I can say, which has nothing to do with the property. DON'T USE CHARLIE CAR RENTAL!

Beatriz unit is on a higher level floor, with little outside noise and breathtaking views on one of the best beaches in town...
Staff is friendly, attentive and best of all moderately priced with cooking options even chairs and beach gear for a wonderful experience.

The property was so close to the airport and near San Juan. It made it easy to travel around the island. The host is very responsive and the property felt very safe.

The pull out couch which was to hold two individuals was actually a futon with a broken leg which barely fit two people.
Coffee table bottom shelf fell off during the night. We had only one towel per person for bath and two beach towels for 4 people for 7 days forcing us to wash clothes. Apt had one roll of toilet paper for 4 people for seven days without reserves. Not enough garbage bags as well for both kitchen and bathroom. Lastly, though VrBO advertised gym facilities, we were informed that the gym was available only to permanent residents.
Two things were excellent: the bedroom bed, dressers and closets as well as the proximity of Apt to pool, beach and restaurants/stores.

Not worth the extra money
Bathroom was dirty, no hot water in the bathroom sink, furniture was nice, but VERY uncomfortable with the exception of the bed which was very comfortable. As someone else mentioned "not set up for cooking" which is nice when you are staying a couple weeks or more. I've stayed in much nicer units at the same location for $45.00 less per night.

I do not recommend this property to anyone staying in the area with a family. First of all, the owner does not respond to messages, at all, which in my opinion, is not ok. The check in process is ridiculous. You have to find parking first, walk to the condo, go up to the condo for the parking lot key FOB, walk back to your car and then park in the garage. Finding parking on a Sunday afternoon was awful. We had to pay to park a mile down the street just to walk up to the room to get the key FOB to park. The bathroom does not look anything like the pictures in this listing. The plumbing is AWFUL!!! The toilet got clogged on multiple occasions and then poop water filled up in the shower through the drain, which was absolutely disgusting!!!! There is no hot water in the bathroom sink. There was no battery in the smoke detector, with two kids, myself, and my husband staying on the 18th floor of this building is not safe nor is it acceptable. The fire extinguisher hasn't been checked, according to the card, since 2011. SO DANGEROUS!!!! There are no rugs anywhere in the condo, even though the picture shows a big living room rug. The futon in the living room felt gross, grimey, and far from clean. It was the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on. There was only one sheet in the closet to put over the futon, and when I opened it up to put on the futon for my kids to sleep on, there were crumbs in it, so gross!!! The air conditioner does not shut off when it reaches whatever temperature you put it on, so you either freeze or you're sweating. The glass door to the balcony is very hard to open. The railing on the balcony itself was rusted on one of the posts and you could actually wiggle it. Every single pillow was a flat as a pancake, not comfortable in the slightest, not even for my children. There was a bottle of dish soap at the sink and a bottle of hand soap at the bathroom sink, however, they were both watered down so who knows how much actual soap were in the bottles. For the price of this condo, I would imagine you can afford to buy a bottle of soap for hands and dishes without watering them down....The kitchen is far from being stocked. There were only 3 bowls, zero tupperware, no baking pans, very small random cups and coffee mugs, the worst I've ever seen when renting from Vrbo. We spent 6 nights here, in beautiful Puerto Rico, and couldn't wait to get out of this condo which is very unfortunate for such a beautiful place.

A great place to stay, OMG the ocean view!!
Great location and amazing view, this appartment is definitelly a great place to stay to enjoy beach and visit San Juan an around. The residence is very nice with direct access to the beach (too bad we couldn't have access to the gym). Beatrice and Carmen were super helpful, communication was easy and clear especially for checkin/checkout. We really enjoyed PR and we highly recommend this place!

We’ve rented other apartments in this area, even the same building. This was the most accurate pictures. Beautiful view, great, and safe, location. Bed was comfortable. The best thing about this property was the location and the ocean view. Beatrice did not respond to our multiple messages (communicated via VRBO, email & text) prior to the trip, as well as throughout the trip. The final day of our trip she finally responded that she doesn’t check texts often. Cleanliness was ok, could be better.

It was a beautiful little apt. It was a perfect fit for my family. I love the building Marbella, I've been staying in that building for over 11 years, but as the family gathering get bigger we needed our own space.

I loved the view! The parking spot was a huge bonus. It was walking distance from all of our favorites places in Isla Verde. The property manager shared a comprehensive list of places to go and things to do. She was also really helpful with early check-in and other insight.

Million dollar view!!!
We have stayed in the Marbella condos for many years. This was the first time in this unit but we just love the view. We never tire of it. The condo is close to many restaurants and of course it is beachfront. Take advantage of all that Puerto Rico has to offer. Get out and see the island. Taste the foods! Can’t wait to go back.

I am a local and had been visiting Isla Verde beach all my life but staying in this condo with my family was great. The location is perfect, amenities are great for the kids and the view is priceless.

I have stayed 3 times at her property and the service is always as expected excellent. Condo view is the best part you can sit and enjoy the view of the balcony. Trip to Isla Verde
We had a wonderful time visiting Isla Verde. The condo, although a bit outdated, was just as described, and large enough for the two of us. When we first got there there were some plumbing issues in the bathroom but Beatrice had them taken care of within 2 days ( Monday morning). The view is the thing though. We couldn't have ask for a more beautiful view, and I miss it every day. All in all, we can't wait to get back to Puerto Rico.

Nice stay
The hostess, Beatrice, answered all of my questions (and I had a whole lotta questions) and made me and my family feel very welcome. Marbella Del Caribe is in an excellent area with great security. We enjoyed the pool and beach which were steps away from the condo. Also had our own parking spot. FYI: If you’re thinking of going to PR rent a car and drive everywhere. Easy to drive and people are very friendly and helpful! Restaurants, casino, bars all within walking distance.

What a beautiful place to enjoy beach life!
We enjoyed our time very much in and around this wonderful Marbella del Caribe condo in the Isla Verde Beach area. The beach, swimming pool, and restaurants were fun, beautiful, and relaxing! We enjoyed being able to make breakfast and snack around right there at the condo when we were ready to just relax after our busy days exploring the island and historic Old San Juan. We walked, swam in the warm ocean waters, and soaked up the sun every day right there on the beach (jet skied one day also). We took some day trips to the Fajardo area to kayak and jet ski/snorkel around the outer islands such as Icacos. Daily trips were spent exploring El Yunque Rain Forest and the rocky beaches and caves out between Barceloneta and Arecibo. Beatrice is a wonderful host and we recommend her properties in this area. Being able to thoroughly enjoy the ocean breezes and gorgeous views from the deck, living room, and comfortable bedroom were a special treat!

Perfect escape.
Great condo with a balcony overlooking pool and ocean. Our stay at Marbella del Caribe was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Great apt. on the beach in Isla Verde
This apt is in a great location, not far from the airport and right on the beach. Beatrice was easy to communicate with, and provided very specific instructions as well as suggestions for things to do in PR. The place is very clean and has everything described; working kitchen, good AC, security, parking and a Pool with Beach access. If you are looking for a perfect place to stay and enjoy PR, look no further.

heavenly!!
This is a lively little condo! Centrally located, close to restaurants and right on the beach. The beach was not crowded, clean, and there are chairs and umbrellas for rent at a very reasonable price. The condo was clean and well appointed...but the best part is the balcony overlooking the ocean. Heavenly! We had coffee every morning and a cocktail every night while enjoying the view. Beatrice is wonderful and so helpful. She made our stay so easy. I would highly recommend this lovely little condo, and hope to visit again soon.
