Lara kept in contact and was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was a good size for 5/6 people, there are 2 toilets which was convenient as there was 5 in our group. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need i.e. Iron/ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, cooker, large fridge freezer, etc. The balcony was a really good size and all 5 of us could sit there comfortably. It was very secure with 2 bolt locks on the front door, key entrance to the apartment block and key entrance to the apartment complex. The block also has cctv. Perfectly placed with a row of bars, restaurants and shops at the entrance to the apartments just 1 minutes walk to the seafront yet there was no noise affecting the apartment so noise pollution was not an issue. There is a medical center just 2 minutes walk away to get lateral flow covid test (if applicable) Overall I would highly recommend staying here and the hos (lara)t was very welcoming

Only 1 tiny issue the bath towels were a bit small, other than that perfect

Upon arrival lift not working. Disabled person. Very difficult to climb 3 flights of stairs.

The location was perfect. Close to everything. Very secure complex.

The location was perfect and so was the size, with 4 older children they still all had enough space! Although they did say the beds were hard but we like a firm bed and slept well! The kitchen had more than expected, even dishwasher tablets! And a bottle of water and fizzy in the fridge for us!

Nothing! Only thing was we had to time showers for the heating to warm the water and not put shower on full blast to conserve the water. We would stay again!
