We had breakfast every day and the choice and freshness was excellent .The room was as we expected .the reception staff were very helpful .The evening entertainment was of a very good standard .Out door and around the pool there was always plenty of seating etc, Well pleased
Not a lot, but being a little infirm as were quite a few clients We found the loo low and no hand rail for assistance but we managed .

Maybe only ťahať the beach was further but on the hand it made me walk and enjoy different places and amazing views

Clean and modern facilities and overall vibe. Close enough to where things are happening but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The entertainment every night was also good.
Two single beds in place of one double, uncomfortable and slid around on the floor so not very good sleep whilst there.

Great location and a nice view from the balcony. Nice interior in the reception and restaurant. Free parking space. Nice beds. Very nice outdoor area with a nice pool and a lots of sun beds. Nice it is only for adults.
Overpriced - we excepted more since it is 4 stars hotel. We paid 1130 € for 4 nights. The rooms are quite outdated. No privacy at the balcony. AC making a lot of noise. The bathroom is very small and toilet flushing is not very good. Don’t understand why you have to pay for the safety box ! The food was average. There is a ferry terminal very close to the hotel which make a lot of noise the whole day. The hotel seems to be for elderly people - we felt young (we are 45 years) 🙃

the reception area makes you think your are walking into a great hotel. unfortunately it’s all down hill from there.
the rooms were not thy great, the air conditioning made a terrible noise and the sliding balcony door was broken. needs some TLC. we also thought the food was terrible.

Nicely refurbished public areas and bedrooms rooms; attractive views over the harbour; room was large, well-appointed, comfortable and pleasantly decorated (though I think calling it 'boutique' is a bit of a stretch!); very good - and very extensive - buffet breakfast and dinner; extremely pleasant staff (not always the case on Tenerife, unfortunately); not too big
Seriously overpriced; orange juice at breakfast was vile - more like orange squash: I expect better (ideally freshly squeezed juice) when I'm paying that kind of money

Pleasant decor and surroundings in a beachfront location. Bright and airy room with large terrace. Dinner buffet exceptionally good. Breakfast buffet also excellent. Nice seating areas both inside and outside.
Staff did not seem to notice me waiting at the check-in desk. Smoking area on one side of the pool between pool and bar is unpleasant for non-smokers. The noise from the after dinner entertainment could be heard very loudly in the room - fortunately it stopped at 10.45 p.m.

Great ocean view, upgrade to suite :-), rich breakfast, clean room, friendly helpful stuff, free parking.
we are at our 50’s, and seemed to be the youngest, so I’m not sure it would fit a group of 25 year old for example (maybe it’s the season). SPA area was not something to write home about.

Location and suites were very good.
Minibar situation didn’t work for us. We took everything out and used it as a fridge and got told off for it 🙄. Prices of drinks in the hotel bars were double the price of bars just outside the hotel which didn’t encourage us to stay in the hotel.

Amazing sea view and you can watch ferries arriving in the morning and hear the sea all night . The beds are super comfortable and there is a welcome food plate in your room and free bottled water ! All very welcome after travelling !

Firstly .The staff were absolutely faultless and all very happy especially my friend Andres,Bar manager .
Very attentive staff ,great food and facilities.Location was perfect and if you like crazy golf then it’s right outside the back of hotel .

Location just opposite the sea, breakfast and dinner very nice choices, very kind & friendly personnel, evening programmes, very nice swimming pool, Blacky the cat :)

Great welcome and service as soon as you walk in the door. decor is clean and modern throughout, the rooms have everything you need from toiletries to mini fridge. on arrival we was upgraded to a suite room for free and we had two gifts sent to the room which included savouries, cakes and chocolates. beds are really comfy too.

Hotel was very close to the beach. It had nice and friendly stuff.
They had a very nice feature- a complimentary room for people that have a late flight after being checked out.

The hotel is right on the seafront and the rooms with sea views have a lovely vista to look at. There are also two chill out terraces on the roof from which to appreciate the view whilst soaking up the sun. The pool area is nicely landscaped and kept very clean and tidy. The bars, restaurants and reception are stylishly designed and very comfortable.
Didn’t find anything to complain about.
