This property exceeded my expectations and was 100% accurate to the listing. The views of the beach, the pool and sunsets were spectacular. The condo was perfectly designed for our family with a separate kids room and bathroom and they accommodated everything we needed: with beach chairs, toys, beach bag, cooler, you name it, they had it! Impressive! The property was clean, felt safe at all times and close to amazing restaurants within walking distance. The owners Juli and Richard were extremely responsive whenever we had questions or needed recommendations and we will definitely stay with them again! Thank you for making our vacation everything I had hoped for and more!

Property was great and as described. Beach was fantastic for walking and swimming. Condo came with everything needed for our stay. While a car is not needed I would highly recommend to explore the island without having to do expensive trips to get the full experience of PR. Hosts were very responsive to any of our questions.

We had an amazing stay! Julie & Richard were wonderful hosts from day 1. Their communication and attention was top notch. The condo itself was perfect. Our view of the beach from the balcony was priceless. We had everything we needed to have a great time. They even had beach toys that our 7 year old enjoyed immensely! Details such as beach chairs, coolers, tote bags made going to the beach a breeze! Kitchen was fully stocked including Puerto Rican coffee!! Location was perfect and safe. We rented a car and it was convenient to come in and out. We definitely recommend 100% and hope to come back!

I found exactly what I needed at Juli and Richards condo! They have provided everything you need to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Beach chairs, coolers and beach towels for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials including spices and coffee. Very spacious for our group of five! Juli provided fun facts about PR, where to go and what to do during our stay. She was always quick to reply and answered all my questions and I had a lot! Bars, restauraunts, and souvenier shopping all within walking distance. Easy pick up at the front gate for Ubers. The view from every room was stunning. 10/10 recommend

My family of four had the most amazing vacation here! Could not have ask for a better host, the condo had everything you could possibly need or want! The beach was the most beautiful beach we had ever seen and the location was within walking distance to anything you could need! I would absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely be planning a trip back to this magical island soon! We felt at home, safe, cozy and had plenty of space! The views are out of this world with 3 balconies entrances to view it from! Nice relaxing pool, play-grill area and basketball courts that we definitely used often!

From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. I have wanted to go to Puerto Rico since I was a child, so this was a dream come true for me. From the moment I booked our vacation, Juli was very responsive to all of my questions. She went out of her way to make suggestions regarding restaurants and even things to do while we were on our trip. When we arrived, the condo (and specifically the view) exceeded our expectations. The owners have literally almost everything you need while you are at the beach. It was so nice to not have to buy everything. The condo is also so centrally located to any type of restaurant that you could want. We would spend our days in the beach and the evenings walking the area and deciding what we were going to try that night for dinner. If we had wanted to cook, everything we would have needed was there.
While we were at the condo, there were only a few minor issues and Juli responded and assisted us within a short time of my email.
Juli really went above and beyond for us and I highly recommend their condos. We will definitely come back and stay here!

We were in town for our spring break. The property was perfect for our family. The views are incredible and it is right in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shops for easy access.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.
The owners were easily acceptable and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay! There views were spectacular! We found everything we needed and more. There was even a flat iron to do my hair. During our stay they were putting together more chairs and tables for seating at the pool. We opted to do a Resort Pass at Fairmont Hotel. So we had space to spread out in VRBO and pool day at resort with service! There are many car rentals just down the street. Next time I would only get a car rental for when I am headed to Fajardo not the entire trip.

Our accomodations were exactly what we had hoped. Loved having the beach and pool so easily accessable. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Though we did not spend alot of time in it, except for sleeping. Close to stores and restaurants, and easy to get ride share for travel to other neighborhoods. However the parking spot that is included with stay is very helpful as my SIL did have a car and we were able to easily park.
Juli and Richard were incredible helpful, friendly, and responsive if we had any questions.
Would definately stay here again.

We had an amazing time at Juli and Richard's condo in Isla Verde. The condo was perfect.... homey and comfortable with everything you could need for adults and kids. Comfy beds. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. The pool and the beach were so close, and the sand was perfect. Juli and Richard made everything so easy and their recommendations for activities and foods were so helpful. We are already planning a return to Puerto Rico.... our family's new happy place. Definitely stay at one of their places .... you will be so glad you did.

We enjoyed our first trip to PR. The owners of this condo are very responsive to your needs and quick to respond to any issues. The entire building experienced a power outage one evening during our stay not the owners fault) which lasted several hours.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo with beautiful ocean views. Large balcony our family of 5 all enjoyed watching sunsets from. Owners were very responsive before and during our trip. Condo had plenty of towels to use during our week visit. Beach chairs and cooler provided was very convenient. We were able to rent an umbrella on the beach for $15. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. CVS is across the street and has almost everything you need. Supermarket is also close. Airport was 5 mins from condo. Condo is very secure with a security guard to enter building and key fob needed to enter from beach or the street

This place was a 2-3 min walk to the beach and close to Old San Juan. The beach is shockingly uncrowded at all times. The owners were super helpful in providing information prior to our trip and during our trip. We have 4 boys and stayed here comfortably. The place is very secure and strict about people coming in and out and using the facilities. We had a blast and enjoyed our stay and hope to return. J. Beard

It will be hard to keep this short. Our hosts were fantastic. Hats off to Julie and Richard Matta. Very responsive and helpful in our first trip to Puerto Rico. The condo...wow! Roomy, clean, and an absolutely gorgeous view of the beach that runs to the horizon. The location is great as well. The market across the street is nice. But we used the CVS, which was just across the street as well. It had almost everything we needed. We made one trip to the supermarket a short drive away to stock up p on food stuffs. (It can be walked to in a few minutes).
If I were to shorten it down to one thing that sold us on this home, it would be the oversized balcony. The photos are on not misleading. We spent every morning and evening relaxing and enjoying the views from that great vantage point.
Should we be lucky enough to return to Puerto Rico, we will plan our trip around the availability of this condo.

If you go into Old San Juan as we did a couple of times, I do recommend using Uber. The trips were inexpensive, even using the Comfort option. The traffic is challenging, and a little different from the mainland. It's a lot more relaxing letting someone familiar with the area do the driving.

Thanks so much for renting out your vacation home! Great spot, nice, clean home. Parking was a bit tight, but it was under ground in much needed shade!! We loved the balconies, the pool is nice but the ability to swim anytime, as many do, the short walk to the ~ 80° ocean was better. We felt safe as security keeps a good eye on the place. Thanks to the suggestion book we ended up spending hours at the children's museum. I wanted to add if you need a last minute, late, take out dinner or food anytime- Panadería España is very good.

We loved our stay at this beach front condo. It included a cooler and beach chairs. They even had some beach toys for the kids. The place was nice and clean. Check in process was a breeze. The condo was just a few floors from the beach and really close to the pool. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect location, on the beach and amenities close by. Worked well for my toddler, 11 year old son, grandma and my husband and I. Association is strict with pool. Not allowed to use floaties or toys in pools. The beach is convenient and the sand and water are beautiful

We really enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom condo unit next to one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico. The unit was well appointed and had lots of room for adults or kids in the second bedroom. Its sliding glass doors open out to a fabulous balcony that overlooks the pool area and beach. The unit is strategically placed on the far corner of the condo building four stories up. It faces to the west, which is great, because the trade winds blow east to west, so sitting out on the balcony is a true pleasure. The other part of the condo is set back slightly, so you can see down the entire beach from the balcony.
If you want to get a breeze during the day, you can open the front door and close the grated outer door and you will have all the breeze you desire.
Richard and Julie were truly wonderful hosts, quickly taking care of all of our needs as soon as we called. It is so nice to stay at a place where you know the owners care about their unit and you.
The place was stocked with all kinds of beach paraphernalia, which could help with a family of people who want to walk past the pool to the gorgeous sands of the beach. We walked the beach many times. It is about 1.3 miles long and perhaps 100-150 feet wide near the condo. The sand is nice, not too hot in the sun, and clean.
It would be very difficult not to enjoy your stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay! We rented a car and loved that we had underground parking. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The hosts were always available and offered lots of ideas for things to do and places to eat. We will definitely be back!

Picked this condo due to the configuration and beach access. I felt the condo was actually nicer in person and is well stocked. Check in was easy and the host is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the pool was not operational during our stay but the host let us know and gave us the option to cancel. The condo is close to the airport, the beach is beautiful and there are lots of things within walking distance. My only complaint was that we struggled to get hot water and pressure in the master shower. The host offered to send maintenance but we opted not to accept since it only seemed to happen in the evening. The area itself is very touristy so if that isn't your thing I would go to another part of the island. The Pueblo grocery store has some great counter service food. The 24 hour market is convenient but very expensive. There's also a CVS and Walgreens across the street. The building was quiet. Views from the balcony are beautiful.

The condo was awesome!!! Huge balcony with a great view of the beach. Spacious rooms, big living room. Washer and dryer in the condo itself which was really convenient. Beach access is perfect. You're literally steps from the beach. The beach itself is AWESOME. Plenty of food spots available. CVS and Walgreens right across the street. Underground parking if you have a car. Really great spot, would definitely stay here again!! Communication with the owner(s) was 100% great!

We had a lovely vacation and throughly enjoyed your condo. The views are beautiful. That Condo offered everything we needed, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, cart to carry items to pool/beach. Kitchen was well stocked, it even had blender for frozen drinks. Owners were very quick to reply to text questions. Space for family of five to spread out!!!

Everything was great about this little treasure. We had an amazing time and glad that our place was something we didn’t have to worry about. It has everything you need and we had a broken coffee pot and they sent us a new one same day! Truly amazing people and beautiful spot!

There are several reviews of the space and host experience already, and I found those accurate, so this review is geared towards people traveling with small children.
I traveled with my spouse, my father-in-law, and my toddler. We probably spent more time inside than most travelers, and this condo was a very good option for our family. Check-in was easy and contactless, and our host was in touch all week, even sending a new toaster oven immediately when the one in the unit malfunctioned. The unit was clean and well equipped, and we were able to make breakfast every day. The location is very central if you want to take some day trips, go grocery shopping, or just lounge on the beach. The oceanfront location was great, as I could sit on the patio listening to the waves during my child's nap and in the afternoons when the sun had gotten to all of us. The separate children's pool was much appreciated. And while my child found the surf at Isla Verde beach to be a little much (we're from the Midwest), Balneario Escambrón is 15 minutes away and perfect for small children as the water is very calm. As exhausting as travel can be with a toddler, staying here made it just a little bit easier!
