Il condominio si trova a Marbella del Caribe, uno dei più prestigiosi condomini sulla spiaggia di Isla Verde Avenue. Condo è sul 'Oeste' Torre Occidente, l'unica torre con vista aperta sulla spiaggia. Abbiamo pagato un prezzo premium per il condominio di essere sulla West Tower, ma ne valeva la pena, come fa una grande differenza per la vista, la privacy e la tranquillità. Essere sul West Tower si garantisce anche assolutamente nessun rumore dalle parti tarda notte detenute al tetto del Waterclub Hotel.

Questa zona di Isla Verde Ave ha un sacco di luce di notte, la sicurezza e turisti in giro in ogni momento, ma il nostro condominio è molto tranquillo, non si sente il rumore della strada.

The view of the ocean is amazing from the balcony. The room had everything we needed. We had a small concern, and the host took care of it immediately which ment a lot to us. This was a lovely room, would stay again.

Our stay here was perfect. Definitely won't regret your stay here. The view is incredible from balcony. The place was very clean and furnished with just everything you need on a daily basis. AC worked great, blew cold air as soon as you turn it on and can cool the place down within a couple minutes. Standing shower was really nice too. Hot water takes a minute to kick, so just be a little patient with it. Otherwise nice hot shower after hiking the trails at the rainforest all day was great! Bed was soft with plenty pillows and extra blankets. Host responded to emails right away and addressed all questions! Really really really enjoyed our stay here. Oh and smart TV with cable was a plus too!!

Great condo! View is above and beyond perfect! Air conditioning was ice cold and felt so good after a hot day at the beach. They have chairs and umbrellas to rent on the beach, so my fair skin definitely appreciated that, although there was 2 chairs, an umbrella, cooler and boogie boards provided in the condo if you dont want to rent any. The condo is located right on the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Have zero complaints about this condo and would not hesitate to book with beatrice again in the future.

Property located on perfect section of beach. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in on vacation! Walgreens right across the street for everything you need.
My ONLY gripe is that there is NO food or drink allowed in the pool. Not just no glass but nothing allowed. I can see having to purchase items from management but nothing is sold there either. Kinda bums a guy out when you can't sit by the pool with a cold beer.

My family enjoyed our stay there during thanksgiving week. The Unit was everything the description says. It had a few deficiencies, but Beatrice was able to respond and accommodate in a timely manner(use the contact number provided on VRBO page, not the one from emails). We've seen many beaches around the world, beach here is definitely one of the most beautiful, smooth sand, no rocks, no shells, no seaweeds, calm water, just lovely. Old SanJuan was a must for us. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance, Lupi's and Alambique Beach Lounge was our favorite. Book your activities online, unlike other tourism place, people are not aggressive in soliciting here, very chill. We do recommend a rental car, it is a big island. For check-in, pull your car up to the gate, call security, they will buzz you in. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

A perfect getaway
The condo is close to the airport with scenic views of Isla Verde's beaches. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the scenic days pass. Beatrice was quick to respond to any questions and checking in/out was an easy process. We would definitely stay at one of her rentals in the future.

Great location-needs some work.
The condo is located on an upper level on Isla Verde beach with a beautiful 180 degree view of the ocean. The pictures on line make the condo look like it is in amazing condition but it's not. Pros: great location with easy walking distance to restaurants, Walgreens, CVS. Balcony is nice and doors slide back completely. Washer & dryer in bedroom closet which was nice to have but was not shown on info sheet. Fully gated outside grounds are nice and includes pool, basketball court. Easy access to the beach which has loungers and umbrellas available for $18 for 2 people. Beach is nice, no rocks.
Cons: Condo needs some work. Ceiling has numerous cracks, stains on the walls. Worn and uncomfortable living room furniture. Living room end tables need a lamp due to harsh lighting. Limited electrical outlets in facility with none in the bathroom which makes it difficult to get ready. I had to blow dry hair either in the kitchen or livingroom. Bathroom shower has no place for shampoo or soap. Limited towels. No venting in bathroom. Kitchen not well supplied. Tap water has a terrible smell like moss so we had to buy our water from Walgreens across the street. No dishwasher. One kitchen towel. Bedroom was good. Bed was hard. Sufficient storage for clothes and shoes since we were there for 10 days. Worse part for me was that it was supposed to be a non smoking facility but the people in the other condos were always smoking cigarettes or weed on their balconies which would go right into our condo. Also our neighbor painted their condo so there were paint fumes coming in. The last few days they were either staining or waterproofing the condo facility so then there were those fumes also. I had to contact the host a few times regarding electrical outlets not working, lack of towels, dead batteries, blind falling down and not working. She responded right away which was nice. I emailed her a couple of times prior to arrival but received no response.
We would not use this condo again.

Isla Verde is a gorgeous beach destination located close to the airport and central to Old San Juan, Culebra and El Yunque. This condo is a wonderful home base. Coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning was a perfect start to our day. Loved it!

We loved our stay! The apt has amazing views, was clean and comfortable. The beach directly outside the apt is great. Chair and umbrella rentals are inexpensive and the beach area is clean. Apt location is within walking distance to several great restaurants. Alambique Beach Lounge is a favorite. Walgreens is right across the street and CVS is a short walk. Pueblo supermarket is also walkable. Uber is a great way to get around. All of our drivers were great. A day in exploring the streets of Old San Juan is a must. Our host, Beatrice, offers excellent communication and responds quickly to questions. This was our fifth trip to Puerto Rico and I wouldn’t hesitate booking with Beatrice again.

Little Slice of Heaven -Marbella Del Caribe
If you are looking to feel like a local and truly enjoying the experience of Isla Verde, book any of Beatrice's properties at this condo. Views from this 16th floor condo is heaven on earth. Beatrice was so very accommodating and her condo was perfect for our week with three guests. Fabulous restaurants within walking distance and beach is just perfect. Definitely rent a car from the car rental across the street, it was so inexpensive and allowed you to venture around the island. We don't stay in many VRBO places twice, but we would definitely stay here again. SO worth it.

It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Quiet. Our adult daughter slept on the roll away and it was comfortable. The view is amazing. We used the balcony every day in July. The beach is clean, beautiful and never crowded. The neighborhood is clean and safe. Beatrice provided lots of good information. We loved the apartment and we love PR!

The conditioner was covered in mold, sofa needs a deep clean, pillows need to be changed thank good that i had a baby blanket that i covered the pillows, he patio dor is wabling and the ocean noise will disturb your sleep.

Primier property in an excellent location with a magnificent oceanfront view
Tastefully decorated, well maintained one bedroom apartment in an area convenient to transportation, shopping and all major attractions in the metropolitan San Juan area. The view from the 16 th floor balcony is dazzling encompasssing the entire Isla Verde strip which is entertaining because of the myriad activities like wind surfing ,jet skiing and parasailing
Beatrice is an excellent hostess who responds immediately if you experiencr an issue . She provides a document which outlines all activities best restaurants etc

A Little Paradise
This is our favorite spot. The comfortable condo becomes our home for the time we get to be on beautiful Isla Verdi beach. Everything we need we find - and if not - Beatrice will do all she can to take care of it and make us happy. We spend lots of time on the balcony. We often say the balcony alone is worth our trip. Comforts of Home with a Spectacular View
We have so many nice things to say about Condo 1608 at Marbella Del Caribe Oeste. We'll start big and work our way in:
The Location is Excellent! The condo is close to the Rain Forest and Old San Juan. The airport is 10 minutes away but virtually no noticeable Jet rumpus. Across the street is a Walgreens and a slew of Resturants. Ones that come Recommended from us are Taste of PR/Kintaro Sushi and Chinese cuisine/ and down the street is Los Chamos Arepas.
The condo sits 16 stories above Isla Verde Beach. The Beach is Immaculate and the water is so transparent that you can clearly see the sandy slope thousands of meters out to sea.
Our Favorite Amenities of the facility were the Outside Shower and the Pool which is BIG.
The condo itself is very clean and everything works very well:
-Fast WiFi
-Cable TV
-Extremly Comfy bed
-Ice Cold Air Conditioning
-Hot Water for Showers
-Eat In Kitchen
But by far the best best best part of the Condo was the Balcony. If you can bare it, turn off the AC/open the sliding door/open the Windows in the bedroom/ and let the breeze invigorate all your senses. Do breakfast in and takeout on the balcony because there is no better view in Puerto Rico.

High above the noise and bustle, the ocean breeze fills the condo rooms with the sounds and fresh smells of the ocean. Descend into the city for the experience, or to the beach side for a swim, walk, or Jet Ski, then rise above it all again to escape back to your condo. Great location, between Old San Juan and Fajardo. Better beach than by the Ritz Carlton! My wife and I honeymooned here for 8 days and loved it.
