Needs more towels

It is clean the room is recently painted and the tile is beautiful.

The staff is lacking. I am giving physical descriptions of staff because I hope mgmt takes the review to heart. The woman at the front deak ( a black woman approximately 35 years of age checked me in. Told me that she she could not give me a room at 2:20 pm. When explaining my wife just came home from surgery she showed no emotion or eagerness to facilitate a forty minute early check-in. Upon entering the room the first thing we noticed were there were only two very thin pillows on the bed. I went to the maid a few rooms down and asked for two more pillows. After an hour I went to the front desk and asked a white woman mid thirties for two pillows , she replied I’ll ask to see if they have any. About an hour later I left the room and saw a tall slender black woman 40ish and asked where is the ice machine , she replied we don’t have one. She added “you can buy ice across the street at the supermarket “I went back to my room to explain to my wife. When leaving again to go to the market I came across the maintenance man (black man about 40 years old he was very friendly when I said to him “ you have 20’to 30 rooms here and you don’t have an ice machine ? He replied we fix d it many times and decided not to fix or replace it again. I joked with him and said something like people want ice for their Pepsi or for their vodka or Appleton rum. I purchased my ice and returned to my room. After waiting until about two hours I decided to go to the other store across the street and I bought two pillows. The next day when entering the laundry facilities my wife and I were looking at our car because we had the windows tinted earlier the previous day. A tall white woman in her fifties approached and said in a strong rude way “can I help you?” I was shocked at her tone and replied “can I help you?” Meeting her volume level, keep in mind she is not wearing anything clothing that would appear to be in uniform nor a name badge. A dialog ensued where I told her all of the issues I had.

My room was immediately ready after check in. There were no hidden fees during check in.

When you are a regular I do not want honk u should have to pay a deposit they know me and still require a deposit just shows no customer service and no care for there repeat customers!
