Il condominio si trova a Marbella del Caribe, il condominio più prestigioso sulla spiaggia di Isla Verde Avenue. Il condominio si trova sulla torre ovest "Oeste", l'unica torre con vista libera sulla spiaggia. Abbiamo pagato un prezzo premium per il condominio che si trova sulla West Tower, ma ne è valsa la pena in quanto fa una grande differenza per la vista, la privacy e la tranquillità. Essere sulla West Tower ti garantisce inoltre assolutamente l'assenza di rumori dalle feste a tarda notte organizzate sul tetto del Waterclub Hotel.

The view!! Being able to see the sunrise and sunset was the highlight of my trip! Having my cup of coffee on the balcony and admiring the view was so relaxing.
A few bumps initially but management and owner addressed immediately! Would definitely recommend and probably book again in the near future.

I like the area, was in the middle of all the action. Perfect for tourist. Beach was beautiful, my kids loved it. Condo was clean and ready for us, great for vacation. I will totally recommend it.

Boyd and I had a wonderful time at your beautiful condo!! The views were to Die for!! For our 1st visit we didn’t know what to expect but all and all it far exceeded our expectations! Beatrice answered a couple of questions I had in record time! I felt safe, very secure building and everyone at the condo was so friendly, helpful!! I just can’t say enough and we will be back soon!! Only suggestion is make sure key fab is put on a wrist bracelet, one was but we almost lost the second!! Also you might want to check front door for it slammed closed, very loud! These are such minor issues and in No way affected our stay! We just arrived home and I miss your place already!! Thank you for sharing your paradise!!!

The building is older. The furniture is functional, the bed is comfortable. The building is quiet (this is a beach side unit).
Bring an sleeping eye mask, the curtains do not block out all of the Puerto Rico sun.

Our favorite part was the view from the balcony! It was a quiet area with very nice and helpful property workers. We walked a lot to the businesses close by. We also liked how there was toys & toiletries left by previous guests if we wanted to use them!

This was a great spot! Close to everything and fantastic beach. We were so impressed that the city was cleaning up all the beaches every morning. Id say that adding a safe and extra towels for the beach, and also for cleaning, would be appreciated. The roll away bed was also very nice for our 7 year old. It was comfortable and clean. The area was perfect. It was our first time using uber and it was great! Very user friendly anywhere you are.

We loved being on the beach, waking up and sitting on the balcony every day and the convenience of many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Checking in is a bit of a hassle and the alloted parking spot is a little tough getting into. You can definitely hear the airplanes starting around 3 a.m which the description says you don't hear them at all. Not to much later, around 6.m people come to work out on the beach so you will hear them also. We did love opening the sliding doors and enjoying the breeze. The a/c has a musty basement smell any time it's turned on. The king size bed isn't comfortable. The connection with the t.v in the livingroom isn't great. It was nice having a washer and dryer but the condo gets hot with the dryer is on and with the smell of the a/c I didn't want to have it on much. The shower has hardly any water pressure and the way it's set up the floor gets soaked. Water doesn't get to warm either. Although there was a few things that can be fixed we didn't reach out to the host only because we felt these issues couldn't have been resolved in the period of time we were there. However we did have to reach out in the beginning for check in and everything was pleasant.

Stayed here for 1 week with my husband and and 2 kids. The location was amazing, plenty of shops/restaurants In walking distance. Just 8 minutes from the airport, can’t beat that!

The property was located wihin walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. The unit was well appointed and clean. Our only issue was the internet and television were not working when we arrived and, being the weekend, no one could be reached immediately. As it was a working vacation for me, no internet did create a problem so I would suggest getting an after hours contact number beforehand.

The Perfect Condo For a Beach Holiday
We enjoyed our 3 week stay at the condo. We were grateful to Carmen and Beatrice for being responsive to text messages. They arranged to have someone come and clean after each week and the cleaning was spot on! We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. The beach and the pool are lovely places to take a book and read., The condo provided us with a delightful place to enjoy our beach vacation.

NOT WORTH THE UPGRADE
Needs some TLC (Tender Loving Care) New Pots & Pans. Refrigerator Ice Machine did not work, panel was coming off, kitchen ceiling and balcony railing needs to be painted, the towel bar in the bathroom was rusted and kept falling down. The beach and the view are beautiful, but when you pay for an upgrade and don't get all the things you paid for It's disappointing. The street area outside the building is not as described, It's run down.

Holiday Time Out
Beautiful apartment view is exactly as pictured, I really appreciated Beatrice’s ‘cheat sheet’ she took the time to put together with area recommendations. Very convenient location, I decided not to rent a car and there was no issues many options within walking distance and Uber were readily available and cheap if I felt like venturing out further. I would definitely stay again and recommend this apartment.

Birthday getaway
We had a very nice stay. The apartment was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. It is stocked with 3 beach chairs and even an umbrella! The 8th floor is just right - you can hear the waves. We have stayed at the Marbella Oeste for 8 years in a row, and it is our favorite place to stay. The location is great. The ocean view is breathtaking and unbeatable. I haven't been to Puerto Rico in December, and it's magical! If you go in mid December, plan to see the Christmas boat parade in OSJ!

Isla Verde Vacay
We had a great week celebrating our 1-year anniversary at the Marbella Del Caribe condo. The unit was a perfect little home away from home. We loved that we had laundry on hand so we didn't have to pack as much, and the A/C was a great perk. The views were amazing, and easy access to everything. I would note that on Friday/Saturday nights it can get quite loud, as all the kids listen to music on the beach until the early morning. Overall, we had a great stay. Thanks Beatrice!

Amazing family vacation!!
We recently spent 8 nights in this condo and loved it! Perfect ‘home base’ for our vacation. The condo was clean, and located right at the beach. There is a nice pool as well, it was so warm and relaxing! Beatrice was great with communication. We didn’t have hot water the first day and she took care of it first thing the next day. She was responsive to any questions we had, and even tried to help us find a place to stay when Hurricane Dorian delayed our travel back home. There are beach towels, a cooler, and chairs (camp style) available for use. I prefer loungers, and there was a rental place right outside with $4 chairs and $10 umbrellas! There were a few things that could use improvement but that didn’t make our trip any less enjoyable: the ice maker doesn’t work, so we had to buy our own; the pots and pans aren’t great quality, but served their purpose; the sliding glass door handles were broken and the door was very hard to open and close. Like I said, just some minor things that didn’t cause us not to enjoy our stay!
Overall I would definitely recommend staying in this unit, you won’t regret it!

Beatrice's place is the PERFECT PLACE for a getaway to warm weather. We visited the last week of January when Upstate NY was in a deep freeze. Perfect. We have rented two other units in this building in the past. The layout of Beatrice's is the BEST. It is open, has the washer and dryer, and updated AC. We never had any real issues, just small ones. Some lights & bulbs, no big deal. But, Beatrice was ON IT! Very nice lady. If we could have given it (10) stars, we would have. The staff in the building are friendly and very helpful. Rent it ! You'll love it!

Perfect location, great host and well outfitted apt!
First let me say Beatrice is a wonderful histess. She communicates promptly which is critical with this type of booking. The location is prime as we are right on the beach and steps from restaurants, stores, and bars.
The apt. offered all that we needed if we chose to prepare our meals. The A/C and wi-fi were spot on.

Wonderful Condo!
My daughter and I rented Beatrice's condo for 3 days, and it had to be one of the best locations I have stayed in my 16 years of coming to Isla Verde. Close to everything, there was nothing that we could not get within a short walk from the condo. The condo was very clean, and beautifully decorated, and we loved the balcony, and that we were right on the beach. Beatrice was very attentive to our needs and easy to communicate with. Simply marvelous
Place was as advertised, spotless and perfect location.
We stayed May 4th-14th and spent most days on the beach.
Everything she recommended was spot on, from restaurants to car rentals, even the beach chair and umbrella guy was outstanding.
Beatrice was very easy to deal with.
Any question or concerns were answered or handled promptly.
Location was perfect, close to airport, restaurants, big hotels, very active yet very peaceful. Can’t wait to do it again.
Looking forward to next time.

Great place to stay in San Juan
Our family of 4 enjoyed our brief stay in this apartment. It is a perfect alternative to a hotel in the San Juan area. Amazing to wake up to the views of the ocean out the bedroom and living room. The apartment is clean, the bed and the sleeper couch are both very comfortable. Everything you need is there along with some little extras in the kitchen. The building is a little dated but it did not detract from our stay. We used the beach and the pool. Old San Juan is about 20 minutes by car. Isla Verde kind of reminded us of North Miami Beach if you are familiar with that residential area. Stores and restaurants across the street from the building were great. You might try Los Gorditos, which is a sort of fast food restaurant for Puerto Rican food (well 3 of 4 us really liked it).
