Amazing apartment, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, exceeded our expectation. Location was perfect a few minutes walk to all attractions and to lovely restaurants and bars. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I loved this apartment, it had everything we needed and more, including tea, coffee and milk for when we arrived, always appreciated. It was very clean and the location was excellent. Would definitely book again. Contact with the owners was very easy.

Spacious, classy, central location, homely, clean wonderful facilities, beautiful touch with coffee pods tea and milk. Gift of crisps and cookies on arrival was a lovely touch . Close to Tesco for vital supplies. Comfy bed and sofa. Close to city centre and main attractions.

Bit noisy outside but it’s a city centre place. Windows were a struggle to keep open when it was warm.

The flat was perfect for our family get away to York. The location was excellent and the flat was beautiful. Beds were super comfy and shower was delightful. Definite recommend!

Exactly as described excellent bit of an issue getting into the appartment with door code but soon resolved.

Another chair in the lounge, 3 on a small sofa was a squeeze. City carparking 100 yds although york is expensive compared to other cities.

We were self catering but there was ample tea/coffee and milk and the chocolate biscuits and crisps were a nice touch we were not expecting. Cutlery etc was of good quality and the Nespresso machine was well supplied. Bathroom facilities excellent as were chairs in lounge. One of the best features of the apartments is the location. Perfect for visiting York and Fossgate is possibly the best street in the city, busy but not noisy with a wealth of restaurants and bars - one of the widest and most cosmopolitan range in a small area in the UK - even better than Manchester in our view The double glazing kept out any noise from the street below - not that there was much in marked contrast to streets in the centre of York where almost every pub seemed to have exceptionally loud music. Were were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit and the Hop on Hop off buses stopped just around the corner. We used the recommended parking for 4 days and it was reasonably priced and less than 5 minutes from the apartment though we were able to park opposite the apartment to load/unload our suitcases etc. We will certainly use these apartments when we next visit York in the Spring.

We have become accustomed to our large 6 foot bed at home so a normal size bed was a bit of a shock but quite comfortable.

Location was top! So close to everything! So clean and nicely furnished. Nice sized shower. Quiet building. Good communication from the owner about checking in info. Owner was super helpful…..when our phones didn’t want to connect with the taxi services, he set one up for us, and he checked in later in the morning to make sure we were safely on our way 😁

We rented 2 separate appartments as my brother visited us and asked if we could go on a break so I arranged this break for me and two brothers and two friends to stay. This was an amazing place and clean smart and location was great too.

Location was excellent. 5 minute walk from Shambles so central to everything but quiet location. Good restaurants and cafes on doorstep - tesco and coop within few minutes walk. No car parking but shambles Q park 24 hour safe parking that can be pre booked - 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Comfortable beds, exceptionally clean high standard, lovely deco. First class customer service with very rapid response to query. Would definitely recommend.

location was amazing, really clean apartment. true reflection on photos- host provided with all the right items for a short stay. coffee pods with coffee machine, biscuits and crisps! Tesco and coop near by if you wanted to make breakfast at home and great coffee / breakfast shops literally 2 minutes walk away. Was easy to explore the city from here and close to the peel st car park. highly recommend!!!

Our second stay at this lovely apartment. Fantastic location, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and welcoming. Can't recommend highly enough.

Well appointed, decorated and spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment in a fabulous location. Tea, coffee pods, milk, snacks, washing-up items and a selection of Molton Brown shower washes all provided. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking if you want to but if you don't, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants serving a range of food just outside the front door. Historic York is on your doorstep.

The internet wasn't working but the owner responded really quickly to sort it out.

Very clean and easy accessible - nice touches left by hosts biscuits/ tea bags/coffee/milk etc and small selection of toiletries

There is a step near kitchen and living area which was dangerous as not highlighted just needs a aluminous tape indicating it clearly. Would also be a bonus if there was parking nearby.
