The location was convenient to great restaurants. We did not eat at the hotel. The front desk and especially Maria provided exceptional customer service. She is golden

We did run out of toilet paper Sunday morning, but there were some Kleenex we could use. It would be nice to have the trims painted as they were chipped.

Dirty pool area..ice cold inddor pool water..overpriced room..inaccurate info on distance to attractions..13.00 to park ..too long to check out.. room price dropped in half day of check in..showed available delivery rooms but we couldn't get one

Shower wasn’t clean

Very new and modern. Close to campus of U of SC. Rooms were spacious. Like the bottles of shampoo and body wash in the shower.

Beds were not very comfortable. Only had 2 towels in the room. Went to front desk to get more and waited 5 minutes for someone to come to front desk. They gave me bath mats and I had to call again from my room. Took 10-15 minutes to finally get more towels.

Location was fine for the event we were having at the hotel.

Staffing was very bad. It took over an hour after the check in time for the room to be cleaned and then the door handles were literally falling apart. The bed looked hastily made.

Staff was friendly and it was very clean and convenient.

Price was a little high, but it was graduation time. The fire alarm went off at 6:00 am during one of the mornings.

Massive problems with the staff: 1) the waiters and the people at the front desk are extremely rude 2) although there were a lot of workers walking around, there was a huge line at the reception. We waited almost 15 min just to check out 3) everyone is so slow, we waited 15 min for a coffee during breakfast 4) the staff is unhelpful and incompetent. We asked our waiter for a beer menu, he said there is no menu. We asked what kind of beer they have, he answered, we chose and ordered, then he came back and said that there was a mistake and that they do not have this beer. Frustrating

The reason for my stay was to go to UofSC ring ceremony for my daughter. An hour before the ceremony, returned to the hotel to get ready and got stuck in the elevator. The fire department managed to get us out an hour and half later and we missed our daughter walking across the stage.

The location and common areas were beautiful. The manager removed the pet fee and our breakfast.

my room was dirty both beds had hair and appeared to have blood spot on the pillowcase. I was moved and the bathroom in the new room had hair all over it and the commode was dirty. My parents room also had a lot of hair on the counter in the bathroom and in the shower. We were told the pet fee was 75 and it was 100 the next morning The second room did not have control of the air and there was a breeze from the window. The sound from the road was also loud.

The top 3 worst faucet and shower water pressure we have experienced. Family couldn't wash their hair without taking 30 minutes to rinse. We had a double queen room reservation, we had the front hold a key for my son. Then they gave us a king bed, we had to change rooms. The drawer had someone else's soiled undergarments in it, room wasn't properly cleaned. We told the front desk, they didn't do anything about it. Hotel ran out of coffee pods for the room.
