The property had no Wifi or television the entire length of the stay. Upon arrival at 3pm (check in time) the cleaners were just arriving and we had to wait outside until they completed cleaning about an hour later. The property itself was nice with plenty of room in the house.

The property was everything and more than what is shown through VRBO. It was very comfortable, spacious, and well laid out for a group of six. Initially, there was an issue with the speed of the internet, but once Jannette was notified, she rectified it immediately. We could not have asked for a better response to the issue.

This amazing house was perfect for our group of 8 people. The pool was great and the outdoor space was very nice. The host was great with communication and everything was found exactly as expected. I would stay here again if I needed to accomodate a large group.

We really enjoyed staying here for our group. We came for a fishing trip, and this was the perfect spot to fit everyone. The only issue was there was no foosball table (like in the picture) and the coffee pot was missing from the kitchen. But the owner was very responsive over message, and we were able to get a replacement dropped off within an hour! Great spot to stay, thanks for hosting!

I booked this property back in March for a Girls Trip. When we arrived, everything was clean except the pool. We had reservations for dinner so we left. When we arrived back to the house, the pool was cleaned out. So, someone came and cleaned the pool. While we were sitting at the table by the pool, a rat ran out of the tree and swam through the pool. We rushed back into the house, and a family member was standing up on the bed stating she saw a rat come out of the room. Sure enough, there was a rat in the house. I called the property owner but no one answered because it was after 11pm. At that time, we didn’t feel comfortable staying at the house, so we checked into the hotel. The property owner didn’t reach back till that morning. They tried to find another property but no luck. I didn’t feel comfortable going back to the house, so my Girls Trip with everyone being together was ruined. The money I paid for the place, I only received $1,326 dollars back. I lost $1,024 dollars because they don’t refund taxes and city fees. So, I will tell anyone renting this place to make sure you are willing to take a risk with rats being in the house and losing your money.

Great place for a weekend trip

A+ on the cleanliness! Place is very nice and private. The neighborhood was very quiet and there was lots of stuff to do nearby. Would definitely book this place again.

This house was just as pictured, we found it very clean and well equipped with what we needed in the kitchen, bath and beach towels as well! The highlight was the outdoor space with a great pool/dining area. Don't forget the bug spray, the bugs really came out at night!! While we were a group of adult women, we see how this house would be great for a family with children as well. It is a good area, not a terrible walk from the beach/boardwalk area if you are looking for some exercise. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Had an issue and it was addressed immediately. We had kids ages 5months-18 and all enjoyed it. Appreciated having a high chair and pack and play there!

The kitchen is big and spacious but lacked some amenities like enough kitchen towels and little things that are important if you want to cook a lot (which we do!) Our host did a great job in accommodating our requests.You definitely need a rental car here - just not close enough to walk even though you're only a few miles from the beach.also, a Guest book would be nice so we understand where everything is and what is expected. All in all a really nice stay.

This place exceeded my expectations. The backyard and pool was extremely well maintained. The heated pool was at the right temperature. all the time The landscaping and privacy fence provide a nice private abode. to relax. and enjoy the Florida weather. The house was very clean and spacious.

My family stayed 8 days at this house, and it was very comfortable. The bedrooms were well appointed and the three washrooms were very nice to have. The kitchen was large and well equipped, very easy to prepare meals. The backyard was where we spent most of the time, enjoying the pool and the shaded sitting area. Everything was like new and this is a great house for your next stay. We would definitely stay here again.
