This place is nice for 4 people. I like that fact that the beach is a couple of blocks and you can see the ocean from the balconey.

If you want to be where all the action is, this is your place. It's very close to the beach, has underground parking and a very nice swimming pool. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. If your looking for a a brand new place, that is really quiet, it might not be what your looking for. The condo is clean and has pretty much everything you need. David was a great host. He was very easy to get in contact with, answered timely, and was very helpful when we needed recommendations or had questions. We truly enjoyed our visit.

We had such an easy check in process. David was super attentive before, during and after our stay! We loved the property and location of the apartment. The location is literally 5 min from the beach :).

Thank David for excellent apartment and very easy check-in and -out and promptly communication. Location is perfect. Apartment is modern with luxury bed, as well as, all comfy furniture. Very nice full equipped kitchen. David is taking care about tenants, he left all what we need, include: beach chairs, towels and even card to care grossery. It is Super market close by. When it was rain (almost every day for 30 min), we hide in the pool area which was very big and clean. Parking was also included, so we rented car to explore the island. Go to Ponce, it has art gallery with surprisingly large old collections. We will defiantly recommend to stay in Isla Verde in this apartment. Thanks, Victoria and Alex

First, A+ to David Soto who is the best Manager I have come across with my experience using Home Away, his Apt was ideal, clean on arrival with so many items we did not have to buy during our stay, the apt had beach chairs, sun hats, back pack full of things you need at the beach, tennis rackets/balls, a closet full of items, sun lotion, brand new towels etc. I have stayed at other home away apts in PR they just don't compare to David's. sorry the apt did not have a washer/dryer, the laundry room was not in good shape non-working machines or clean machines but you make due to what you have to use. The pool area was always clean, it seems not many of the residents use the pool you have the whole pool to yourself (there was never anyone in the bldg office when you needed coins for the laundry room) the bldg itself was clean there isn't lot of traffic in/out with in the bldg, and I felt safe there is always someone at the security office outside the bldg and you can't access w/out a key (I stayed in an apt in this bldg a couple years ago on a different floor, again no comparison to David's. this is my 12th year vacationing in PR (and I'm considering retirement there), just for me, doesn't get any better than PR, the bldg is close to every thing in walking distance, heard through the grapevine the El San Juan across the street might reopen their casino later this year ( beware some sites have this info listed as if the casino is still there) for those of you who are looking for a casino at the Ritz Carlton a couple of blocks away, the hotel is close due to storm damage from Maria (some sites have it still listed) but I heard this year or next to re-open there is the Embassy around the corner is great, they did "shrink" their casino. but there are casinos in various areas of PR Stay at this apt when planning your away trip you will not be disappointed Thanks again David, your apt helped to make our vacation a good one, see you in 2020 J Merrill

In a very nice appartement at 10 minutes from the airport and walking distance to beautiful hotels, restaurants, convenient stores and the beach. I would definitely recommend .

Not on the beach but close enough to it. Very conveniently located. Apt was clean and in good condition. Checking was very smoothe.

Can't wait to go back!!! This property is located close to everything. Easy access from the airport; less than 10 minutes ride... Love the amenities of the property, EXTRA CLEAN!!! loved it!!!! Planning my next trip n definitely will stay here again!!!!

The apartment was very clean, with all the amenities you would need to enjoy your stay in Puerto Rico. It is close to many restaurants, casinos, and what is most important to me some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. I recommend the apartment for a couple or even a small group or four. I truly enjoyed my stay there and in the future would stay there again. The only couple of things that I found were that the balcony needs some work as the concrete is cracking and missing a small chunk and the light in the fridge was not working and the towel hangers in the bath kept falling off, but like I said this are small items quickly corrected and will not distract fromm you having a great time in David's place and in Puerto Rico in general.

The Property was exactly as described on the Listing. The owner, David Soto was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. When we arrived, the A.C.was on and we felt very comfortable and relaxed. We enjoyed very much the on site Pool and Patio. The Security and Employees were excellent. The on site Parking and Laundry room were an added bonus. The Beaches, Restaurants, and Retail Shopping were all within walking distance. We had a Great time. Apartment was ok, a little dated. Location was good, but it was so many apartments right on the beach, than you do need walk at all like Coral beach for example. Over vise vacation was good I really love Isla Verde

I traveled to Puerto Rico with my mom and was looking for a clean, cozy, centrally located apartment. This was absolutely perfect. Its such a nice place and located directly across from ESJ which is ideal since they have great restaurants and live music! The beach is also just on the other side of the road, so if you are like me and love the beach during the day and dancing at night, this condo makes it all convenient! The building itself is very secure, and very clean.The owner is very responsive, reasonable and accommodating. He made it very easy for me and my mom which I truly appreciate. I will absolutely stay here again!

awesome place love it right on the isla verde ave 5min away from the airport next to the san juan casino just a few steps from the beach awesome partial ocean view nice clean apt very secure gated 24 hour security pool and gym and luandry and a parking spot and the staff is great the security guard Guzman very help full and the owner david soto always avialible very helpful i give this condo 100% perfect place to stay why a hotel its like your own home away from home me and my family love it and will come back again Thank you David for giving us the perfect vacation stay

Let start by saying this place looks just like the pictures...very comfortable like coming home every night. This was my first time using VRBO and will definitely use it again. David was great, we had everything we need kitchen utensils, towels, even beach toys, chairs , boogie board and beach towels....bathroom and bedroom had all you need as well, 2 tvs, dvd, iron blow dryer etc. Restaurants, walgreens and 2 grocery stores within walking distance, beach is about 6 min walk.....i definitely recommend you stay here and I will definitely call David when I return. This was our first time using the home away website to book a place for our family of 4. We wanted something different....no just a hotel. This place did it for us. We had our privacy. We got answers to all our questions. David was very prompt in responding to our messages. Check-in and out was easy. The apartment is exactly how you see it in the pictures. The beach is just a block away. The location is good. Just minutes from the San Juan International airport. The grocery store is just behind the building. Surronded by many good restaurants. We felt very secure in the building. Everyone, including the security guards were friendly. This is a property that we are bookmarking for future visits. We stayed at David Soto's condo for a week. All needed items were provided. David responded quickly to all communications and requests. Everybody in the building were very friendly and willing to recommend things to do and restaurants. Swimming Pool was very clean and quiet. Condo is close to the beach and activities. Felt comfortable as building has great security.

I was at David's condo for 3 weeks and found it to be excellent. The kitchen has all of the necessary items to cook for yourself if you choose. If not, there are plenty of choices nearby. With the hotels across the street, there is plenty to do right in the neighbourhood if you don't want to venture to far. The condo is also very conveniently located if you want to rent a car and venture out - the highway is a short 2 minute drive anyway and from there the island is very readily accessible. I was working a bit while there so needed to stay in touch with the office - internet access etc. was fantastic and I was able to use VOIP, get email, and download files with no problem. David was great to work with and provided all information in a timely fashion.

This was our second trip to Puerto Rico. We booked the Apt. in Isla Verde with David Soto, who responded to our inquiries & questions almost immediately. David's professionalism went above & beyond work. If you are looking for a great apt. you found it. It is very well kept, fully equipped kitchen, access to the pool, parking garage, walking distance to the beach etc.... We had a very pleasant stay, had everything we needed close by. The Security.....priceless!!!!! We enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico very much. The people overall were very helpful and super friendly. I RECOMEND this one -bedroom apt. very much. Like I said before....FANTASTIC STAY ....did NOT want to get back to Texas. Thank You David...hope to be able to go back to your apt. for another great vacation!!!!!

This cozy, open, very clean, well located condo left us feeling literally "at home". Condo has all the necessary home items from quality linens to beach coolers/sand toys for children to suntan lotions (brand name) for your use. Well, well located!! As you exit the beautiful lobby (definitely Spanish-style) one has El San Juan to the right and Intercontinental to the left. Security staff were friendly, some could've used their interpersonal skills more if they would use their cell phones less :( . In addition, David's promptness in answering emails and/or calls, was professional and a delight to speak to. Thanks David, you can definitely expect another stay from us for our next trip to Puerto Rico. Overall, this condo is awesome and earns the 5 stars!!!

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful condo, and we highly recommend staying here. It is, as described and as seen in the photos, actually the photos don't do the unit or resort any justice. It is immaculate, comfortable, security is 24 hours a day, centrally located and comes with secured parking for those who rent a car like we did. As the cab were a little expensive and would be more beneficial to rent a car to take in the sights. This was like staying at our own place: a full kitchen, comfy bed, cable, and all of 10 feet from the pool/bar area. The wi-fi is not so great, but there is a little coffee shop about five minutes away called Cafeina Coffee House. The wi-fi is great there and the coffee is absolutely amazing. I had a Baileys Frappe almost every day I was there. We will definitely be back, and will definitely being securing this unit again.
