La ubicación es excepcional, muy cerca de la entrada de metro para ir tanto a la isla de Hong Kong como al aeropuerto (Lantau). Es cierto que desde la entrada al metro hasta el vagón son 10 min andando, pero es lo normal en hong kong y sus metros/centros comerciales. El establecimiento es de muy alta calidad (se nota en el precio y en los huespedes, en la puerta por las noches solo hay coche de muy alta gama) El trato es excepcional y la comida esta muy rica.
En nuestra experiencia no hubo ninguna cosa que pudiese calificar como negativa.

ci vado da oltre 10 anni e non è cambiato molto ma è confortevole
ho aggiunto la colazione con uno sconto all'arrivo. mi sono fermata diversi giorni e ho potuto valutare bene.
molto ricca la parte asiatica,.meno l'occidentale. qualità prodotti media, nessuna variazione per 5 giorni sempre lo stesso muffin e stessa fettina di torta, non la consiglio se più di un giorno.
non hanno accettato il.pre-payment con carta aziendale ed hanno cancellato la penotazione, questo mi ha complicato le cose.

The hotel and the room was very good
The info on this website didn’t match the hotel, breakfast was need to be included but hotel charges extra and the staff was very rude and send me to complain to Booking.com

Location is good, walking distance to public transportation and The Promenade where to enjoy the magnificent night view of Victoria Harbour. Gym is well equipped.
Only 1 couch at the corner in the lobby.

The hotel staff were all very sweet and accommodating. The room had beautiful Harbour view with the best sheets and most comfortable mattress, breakfast was out of this world !!!!!Becky was amazing!!!
I would have wanted a later check out instead of 11 am as I was busy with seeing doctors and requested for 2 pm check out which they didn’t agree

The best surprise was the free upgrade that was given to a just renew it room. It was extremely comfortable and quiet. The wellness room is clean and work just great. The choice of restaurant in the hotel is excellent. they also allowed me to have breakfast 15 min. earlier than the opening time. Very appreciate it.
The price of the restaurants is a bit excessive, but it's HKG.

Very good stay. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Paid for Club Access however not worth money. Bfast served too late after 8am - buffet dining at 7am also too late.
Club access at times had no tea/coffee or snacks - when food available it was limited

Room was clean and sound proofing was good . Bed was very comfortable
I paid for crown privileges which weren’t worth the money. Breakfast was too late for business traveller. Unable to get a coffee (or any wine) after 8.30pm in the crown lounge and Snacks through day were very very minimal.

Facilities were great, staff is super friendly, the pool is fabulous and the check in and check out was very efficient.

Overall stay was great. The staff are friendly and the services was great. The room I stayed in are clean and the size of the room are just perfect.
The wear and tear of the room is a bit much. In another word, the room is more worn than I expected. The bedding has some red stains, it was underneath the covers and in the feet area.

Breakfast was superb and Crown Club service was excellent
The afternoon teas were especially delicious and the Crown Club staff ( Manager, Teresa Kua) were all very helpful and attentive. Maurice was outstanding

Cleaning is not acceptable in the toilet and the blockage of drainage in the w.c. was found caused us inconvenience.

It's a beautiful hotel at night when all the lights are turned on.
Nice view from the pool area.
The hotel is already old and needs renovation.
For the value is still ok but not for long.
And also the shower drain is not letting the water out fast enough and ending up with a footbath while taking a shower...
The check inn was fast but.. when the staff asked for 3000HkD in deposit I've got very surprised. Since i got a message from the hotel with only a 1000HKD deposit.

The room size was very good. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent lots of choices of food. Close to harbour and MTR station.

Great location, walking distance to many attractions and to the MTR. Room was very clean, a good size for 2 adults and 1 child. Staff was polite and responsive.
