I have stayed here many times before, albeit not for some time. The hotel is convenient for travel to all terminals at Heathrow via nearby bus routes. Rooms are quite small but clean and comfortable. The bar/restaurant has a viewing terrace where you can relax and watch the aircraft should you want to.

Not the hotels fault, but there were many inconsiderate people noisily using the corridor near my room during the evening that included letting children run amok. People need to understand it is an airport hotel with people wanting to rest well before taking early flights or relax and recover after a flight. Via their own survey, I've suggested that the hotel could put up prominent 'Quiet Zone' signs as per the Premier Inn to help alleviate this problem.

The breakfast was superb. There was everything anyone could possibly want.

I would have liked a plug for the wash basin.

As a motel for an overnight stay near the airport, although its facilities are somewhat outdated, it is very cost-effective for the price, and the breakfast is excellent. I will recommend it if you focus on cost-effective.

This hotel is idea for an early flight, it has a small Pod train that takes you into Terminal 5 which is very easy (and fun :)) - rooms are pretty basic but comfortable, the bar, terrace and food is good and fairly priced.

Lighting in the room could have been a bit brighter but generally the room serves its purpose. It was comfortable and clean.

Room was perfect for overnight stay and early departure. Booked taxi worked a treat. On time and very polite. Aviator restaurant was excellent with good food selection and great service. Watching planes take off -matchless.

Crowded car park. Expensive and difficult to pay.
