the kitchen. well equipped and spotlessly clean. The garden. the facilities nearby - shop, takeaway, bus stop. Close to Harmondsworth moor so we could go for a walk.

somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom - tap on sink loose and wobbling. could not get tv to work?? Nothing major though. A small improvement would be a couple of outside chairs, but so great to have a garden regardless.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE While booking @around 0400hrs 26/05/2024, I had stated clearly that I was stranded at the Heathrow airport(I came in 24hrs earlier than my flight due to a scheduling error). I requested for an expedited Check-in on compassionate grounds under the "Special request" session I paid the regular fees on the site. Then got an extra 1pound security refundable charge request again (FYI - it has not been refunded yet) - I paid. After paying all the fees, I was told there was no means for an expedited check-in as an occupant was checking out by 11am. I then requested for an avenue to drop my luggage (I was travelling with my wife, we had several bags with us), this request was also turned down. That we cannot access the facility until 1500hrs, and refund is not possible. My wife and I left Heathrow Bus station at around 0900Hrs, with the belief that when we get to the facility, we will speak to a staff onsite to just help secure our bags so we can roam around Bath till 1500hrs. On getting to the location, there was no access to the facility or staff onsite as it was remotely managed. The customer care was not helpful as they insisted on the 1500Hrs clause, stating it was not an hotel but a Homesafe facility. With all my plea, there was no form of compassion from the administrators. My phone died (stores closed - SUNDAY). I had to ration devices with my wife to be able to access my mails for further instructions from Robin Doors (Facility owneR). In all of this topsy turvy, we was in the drizzles, light showers and sun for 7hrs. It was very cold. We just sat at the Bus stop regretting ever contracting this facility. I have stayed in atleast 8 places in the last two years - THIS WAS THE WORST FACILITY IN TERMS OF HUMAN RELATIONS. Yes, the facility itself was topnotch, the human part of it was DEVILISH to say the least.

Next to the airport which was really ideal. Secure system- the no key but passcode on doors was the most secure thing for me and it made me feel safe instantly.

Spacious room that was freezing cold. If I had not brought in my emergency blanket pack, might have frozen up. There was only a very thin duvet and 1 thin sheet on the mattress. Heating remained on very minimal - instructions of controlling heating were not clear nor accurate! “No screen with control panel”…room was still very cold through out the night. Could not sleep at all. The most UNCOMFORTABLE bed I have ever used, Toilet door doesn’t shut! Tv doesn’t work! Broken chair! Small table light doesn’t work Shower drain that wasn’t draining well:( There is NOTHING soundproof about this place. A little bit of honest always goes a very long way!! Movements from upstairs and even heavy breathing -snoring could be heard as if they are sleeping or are in this room! The outside noise even worse! Could not sleep at all What’s the point of overpopulating the room with things that just doesn’t work. My assumption is maybe salt, teabags, coffee, sugar and milk could be readily available as a welcome of guests but nope there wasn’t anything.

共用部分を使う時間的な余裕がなかったので、本当は見ていないが、この系列のホテルには共用のキッチンや冷蔵庫がついていて何かと便利。最初に泊まった時には一階のお部屋を案内されたが、自宅にいるかのような気分を味わえる。

部屋の洗面所のミラーが落ちる寸前で取り付けられていたこと。ミラーを支えている、支柱が曲がり、壁から浮いて斜めに垂れ下がっていた。そこに本来あるはずの、物を置く平板ガラスはなくなっており、不自然に突起状の金具が突き出していた。とても危ないと思った。私は、わずかに引っかかっていた状態のミラーを落としかけた。こんな最初から壊れている状態なのに、さらに壊して賠償とか取られたら、たまったもんじゃない。チェックアウト後、時間が経てば、勝手に落ちる可能性だってあるじゃないか！

The location was good. The bed was ok.

Unusable appliances. Broken furniture. No staff on hand. Scruffy decor and marks on walls. Broken cupboard door. Other occupant had no remote for the tv. The owners have no pride in this building or the service they provide. I will not be using booking.com again if this is an example of places they are prepared to have on their list. Too many processes after the initial booking. Airbnb is not as complicated to use.

Great location close to Heathrow, good price.

Place did not quite match the photos. Back door was unlocked and not obvious how to lock it. After several back and forths with service people, did managed to get it locked.

it was cheap. and clean

this is a house (more than one house) with security code pin entry into the house and into the rooms there are a lot of extra stuff to fill in (including ID watch out for identity theft if they lose that) an extra charges that they make you pay to get in, read the fine print carefully. the service was terrible, once you have paid for your room they do the bare minimum, if there is fault in there system it is your problem not theirs and it will delay you getting into your room. half of the stuff in the room did not work (TV etc) no wifi their communication was terrible all the good reviews are plants or they were very lucky.
