Close proximity to the beach.The kitchen appliances was good.

Rooms a lot smaller than they look at the photos. The single sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We requested ground floor apartment, because my son has autism and is dangerous to stay on the terrace but got 3rd floor.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a two bedroom apartment however, when we arrived, we were given a one bedroom unit. After showing reception a copy of our booking confirmation, arrangements were immediately taken to transfer us to a newly renovated two bedroom apartment before we had unpacked.

The pool/BBQ area was still locked after the "open" time on the morning we decided to cook breakfast on the BBQ, and it was necessary to change our plans and cook our breakfast in the unit instead.

Location was very good and the staff were lovely.

The furnishings are in a very poor state. There were stains throughout the carpeting. Mold was present in the shower grout that could easily be removed with bleach.

Location to the beach was fantastic, a very short walk. Nice pool area. Full kitchen. Large separate bedroom. Good shower. Air conditioner, washer and dryer. Staff were very friendly especially Lauren and super helpful sorted out bedding issue and organised airport transfer :)

Apartment was a bit tired and needed a good spring clean. It definitely wasn’t in any of the photos advertised on Booking.com. (Mentioned to receptionist on arrival) Windows really dirty.

Location to the beach was excellent. Short walk to be on the sand. There is a shared path that runs along the beach which is a very pleasant walk to Surfers Paradise (about a block short at the time of our visit). On site car parking had easy access to lift. Rental cost for tennis rackets and balls was very reasonable. Being able to access the (smaller) court when it was free was easy. While the pool is small, it is clean and the spa is heated (not always the case with our previous experience with Queensland stays). Access to the tram is easy - this needs to be highlighted more because it is a very convenient way to travel into Surfers Paradise without the worry of parking.

Our Ocean View apartment has a limited view of the ocean because of the Langham across the road (which is huge) - I'd suggest a rethink of the room description for at least some of the rooms. Please consider supplying more cleaning items to the Customer - enough dishwashing liquid for 1 or 2 washes is insufficient when there is a sign in the kitchen saying everything has to be clean when leaving. Make it is easier for the guest by giving them the resources instead of requiring a shopping trip. I'd rather spend my money on food for the room that cleaning products, especially since I'll be using a fraction of the package (that includes washing powder). One key fob as a standard is insufficient. I didn't know I could ask for an additional one until near the end of our stay (no mention in the room information). It is needed to enter the building and operate the lift, so in a room with more then one adult, we found it to be impractical.

Cleanliness and hygiene. Place is full of cockroaches and big spider spotted on my last day. I caught about 10 cockroaches in 2 days in apartment till property manager had to move us to another room after serious feedback from us. Clothes washer and dryer are dirty / dusty; pots and utensils and the floor is oily with stains. Is obvious the place has not been cleaned or checked prior to our arrival. We felt scared living in the place.
