Very nice staff. Initially I was put in a small room to share with my daughter. I was upgraded to a beautiful room upstairs which we thoroughly enjoyed being in.

Nothing. It was lovely. You could sit in the gardens. The restaurant had seating outside. The building is full of charm and character

We liked that the room has a fridge with cold waterand tea/coffee facilities.

The room was very small. The breakfast place was also very small and not pleasant, the quality was not good and the choises for food were basic. Overcharged for 15 pounds.

front desk staff not very welcoming and a bit arrogant, particularly when you are told at check-in that not having prepaid the stay could have led to booking cancellation ! not very wise when you strictly follow Booking procedure and pay GBP 1’200 for 3 nights !

Excellent continental breakfast a. D perfect location for Olympia and high st Ken. Bus stop outside front door.

The room I was in was very very small. Your pictures online are very misleading. You did not show the smaller rooms on the website otherwise I would have chose to stay somewhere else. Also, the breakfast was appalling. When, you pay for bed & breakfast you expect a decent breakfast. Not cheese, salmon, chorizo etc. very disappointed.

Everything was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Although I'd booked a Superior Family room, upon arrival it wasn't available. We had to make do with a pop up bed in a double room.

Good size room for London, great location and comfortable bed. The entrance looked particularly festive with a lovely Christmas tree and abundant lighting.

Beautiful historic hotel and the service was top notch! Convenient location to transportation. Christmas decorations were gorgeous. Breakfast was nice. Nice services in the room.

Minot point but the duvet was a bit small for 2 and the bed wasn’t as soft as I would like. We paid more for our room than our kids room but their room seemed same size and their bathroom was huge.

Hotel/ Booking.com cancelled my room on the day - having booked weeks in advance with some nonsense about a problem with my card. Hotel told me they had no room for me and could only offer some dreadful student type accommodation 10 minutes walk away. No real apology. Dreadful experience. Very unlikely to use Booking.com or hotel ever again
