Beautiful ambience, amazing decoration, dreamy views of the sea and palm trees, all very carefully made with attention to use of wood and natural materials. Very good food in the property's restaurant Casa Maria, attentive and polite staff. We were upgraded to the souite which was really spacious. Comfy beds and mattresses, easy access to the sea.

The beach in front of the hotel was rocky. I was not impressed by the breakfast.

On devait payer une taxe pour le parc afin d'améliorer la propreté, mais il y avait une grande quantité de canettes et de bouteilles de plastique qui étaient jetées n'importe où. Le petit-déjeuner débute un peu tard, à 8h du matin.

The restaurant. We have expensive dinner. I told the staff I was allergic to msg which is in Knorr seasoning. I ordered cauliflower with veggies and tahini sauce thinking I was safe from knorr chicken bullion in the food. They served me a plain head of cauliflower saying knorr was in the sauce. Wtf? Chicken bullion in tahini ( sea same sauce). The staff was not helpful when I complained and I was charged $350 pesos for this ($15). My husband had a Mexican plate and he said it was so-so.

Chambre très petite, bien pour une personne. Pas assez de lumière dans la chambre, pression d'eau quasi nul + fuite d'eau malgré l'avoir fait remonter aux réceptionnistes et à la manager. Concept originale d'être dans des sortes de "cabanes" mais mal entretenu. Aucune intimité car mal isolé, on voit le jour au niveau du plancher, les insectes entrent et sortent. Vers 7h reveil matinal par les travaux a proximité. Ayant fait pas mal d'hôtel auparavant, j'ai été particulièrement décu surtout que j'avais choisi cet hôtel en fonction des avis. Pas ressemblant au photo, quel dommage.

Location is awesome, probably the highest point in the hotel. Restaurant has a good menu and reasonable cost. And it is a pleasure to have your meals on the beach!

An air conditioning would make the stay more pleasant. In a hot day/night, the fan does the job at maximum speed only, and that comes with some extra noise.

Pésimo , primer día sugerí que la ducha estaba obstruida y que necesitaba un sillón en la habitación ( caso omiso ) Tenía desayuno incluido ( incierto ) cobran la leche aparte , croissant o tostada normal ,,, te tienes que adaptar al menú que te pongan . Pedí una habitación con vistas al jardín y mis vistas eran la parte de atrás de otro bungaló!las habitaciones no tienen a/c solo ventiladores ruidosos . Entran cucas y bichitos en las habitaciones , no quedan cerradas . Muchas restricciones , mucho control antes de llegar , pagos de pulsera para la entrada , la piscina es del tamaño de un jacuzzi ( un poquito más grande ) El primer día un camarero para el desayuno súper amable , el resto solo se dedican a poner normas ( ellos solo hacen lo que se supone que les ordenan ) Sinceramente me equivoqué al elegirlo

Das Dach meines gebuchten Bungalows mit Meerblick war undicht und es hat am vorletzten Abend nachts reingeregnet (u. a. auf meine Klamotten). Reaktion des Hotels am nächsten Morgen: keine (abgesehen von: der Hausmeister schaut es sich an) Auf meine Frage, ob es dafür vlt. einen Discount geben würde (von selber kam gar kein Angebot) wurde mir unterbreitet, dass ich in einen anderen Bungalow umziehen könne. Am Ankunftstag wollte ich abends in der Bar, welche um 22:00 Uhr schließt, um 21:45 noch einen Drink bestellen. Antwort des Personals auf meine Frage nach einem Drink( Zitat!): „Now? We are closing at 10pm“ Auf meinen Hinweis, dass dies erst in rund 15 Minuten sei und ich das Getränk auch gerne selber von der Bar an meinem Platz nehmen würde, wurde ich stehengelassen. Erst die dritte Person, die ich angesprochen habe, hat sich „erbarmt“ und meine Bestellung aufgenommen. Dummerweise hatte ich beim Einchecken um eine Nacht (insgesamt also 3) verlängert. Bei den 5-Sterne Preisen,die das Hotel verlangt, ist entsprechender Service m. E. nicht zu viel verlangt. Das Hotel „liefert“ allerdings nicht mal ansatzweise eine angemessene Gegenleistung (abgesehen von der Strandlage) für seine Preise!

O ambiente envolvente, a paz geral do espaço pela área que está inserido, pelo tipo de clientes que o frequentam e pelo ambiente que criaram.

Ao reservar mencionei que ia acompanhada da minha mãe e que não poderia ficar em quartos com muitas escadas, pois foi o que fizeram, puseram-nos em um quarto com muitas escadas que para umas pessoa de 73 anos não é fácil. Trocaram no dia seguinte porém o quarto que nos deram ficou inundado passado dois dias devido a chuva que caiu a noite. No geral o dinheiro que pagamos foi excessivo para os quartos que nos forneceram

L’emplacement de notre chambre, sans air et sans Clim, avec un ventilateur trop violent et trop bruyant pour pouvoir dormir avec. L’accès compliqué à l’hôtel quand est en voiture.

The private beach

The property was so gorgeous. The little private cove beach was so nice, having a beach that is private to the hotel guests is top tier. There are so many little spots throughout the property that are just so picturesque. The room we got was pretty spacious, given that most rooms are not that spacious in this area. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant were above average, making it wonderful to never leave and just enjoy the property.

The room had only one outlet, that was in the back corner of the room, and the power is very light, my phone never got a full charge the entire stay. There is no outlet in the bathroom, and as a woman that needs to style her hair this was a problem. I had to go behind the bed and sit on the side table with no mirror to blow dry or style my hair with a hot tool. Also, please note that the hotel does not provide a blow dryer in the room. The bathroom is not private to the rest of the room, there is no real door, and the walls do not go all the way up. The roof of the room is made of straw, so the noise from the street traffic above was very loud in the morning starting around 5am. You have to pay a fee to the national park for every day you enter the area, something I did not read in the fine print, not sure if it was even on the description.

It was a bit confusing how to get there when we checked in late at night and the road was closed from one direction.

Stupenda oasi dove trascorrere qualche giorno di relax. Il resort ha anche una spiaggia privata molto carina che rispetto alle spiagge nei dintorni (niente di eccezionale) è una vera perla. Le camere sono sulla spiaggia, fronte mare, il ristorante è buono.

la vista es hermosa, donde te pares ves el mar, te ubicas en un estado de tranquilidad de dia o de noche, rico los alimentos, el kit de aseo personal es una maravilla pensaron en todos los detalles.

la habitación es pequeña y se sentía mucho el calor, la facturación tarda varios días, hace falta sombra y donde sentarse.

las vistas están las habitaciones muy bien ubicadas, la decoración del exterior también es estratégico, bonita alberca, buena comida en el restaurante.

no hay sombra para los camastros, no hay donde enjuagarse los pies, la cama es dura, falta una señalización de baños, atención de comida en la alberca, no hay facturación es fecha que no tengo facturas y no cumplen en lo hablado.

The overall vibe, comfort and location was amazing, the private little beach is great and the staff was very accommodating. The restaurant was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. They had no AC but the fan above the bed was awesome and we didn't feel any need for AC

Some small details in the room could be better (towel hanging things were not screwed well so they kept falling etc), but nothing major.

Bei Regen kann es etwas "beschwerlich" und ungemütlich sein. Das Restaurant ist wirklich teuer. Noch nie hat man uns ein Depot beim Einchecken abverlangt. Die MXN 3'000 wurden uns erst auf mehrmalige Anfrage ca. 20 Tage nach dem Aufenthalt wieder zurückerstattet. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass das Hotel im Nationalpark liegt und dass die Zufahrt mit dem Auto nicht ganz einfach ist.

Номер всё время грязный от песка. Кровати занимают весь номер, ходить неудобно. Весь персонал нацелен на деньги, это не смотря на то что я за номер заплатил 250 евро за ночь. Утром пытались мне подсунуть платное меню завтрака, хотя я оплатил его, но они не могли найти (типа не могли). При выезде сказали что не хватает полотенца и попросили оплатить 28 долларов. Пришёл в номер и помог уборщице найти полотенце, которое лежало неиспользованным на своём месте. Всё это больше похоже на развод.

The view from the room was indeed nice. The location of this place is the only redeeming thing about it. If they ran a good hotel on top of this location, it would be great, but they don't!

These guys are total crooks. The place is DIRTY. There's trash EVERYWHERE. There's broken glass and hazardous materials on the beach, the main beach, where you're expected to walk and relax, and even go into the water. They have also opened up the beach and facilities to the public for a small fee, so there are little kids EVERYWHERE. The pool us completely unusable. The Wi-Fi didn't work when we were there, and there is also no cell service, so you're in the dark. They charge for bike rental (many other places near by do not). The rooms smell like cheap cologne; we asked them if they could give us clean sheets but that smell is part of the "experience". This is not a nice scent, which would be understandable and perhaps even pleasurable; it's awful. It's like a mix of Drakkar Noir and Cool Water... On top of this, the management there was not amenable. They play dumb, give out bad phone numbers, don't call back, and will hang up on you if you try to call them to ameliorate any of this. Ultimately we ended up not staying here, cancelling the reservation, and booking next door, which was MUCH nicer, for the same price. I really do not see a reason anyone would book here unless they were out of options. Finally, it's worth noting that this hotel is in a "protected" area, so you need to pay just to get on the road to get there and wear a wristband the whole time. Kind of a drag. This also makes it much more expensive and time consuming to get a taxi
