Car park was good. It was clean and the member of staff we saw was polite and friendly.
The mattress wasn't great, past its best I would say. Expensive for room only.

The owner helped me with a personal issue that arised and went out of his way to accommodate my situation and was very friendly and caring. The room was perfectly quite and outside no traffic, or other sounds what so ever. A perfect stay.

An adequate and well organised guest house in a good location that was walking distance from both the train station and cruise terminal.

We arrived a the property but it was unbelievably awful so we left and found an alternative place to stay. It's hard to describe how bad it was, just so nasty. Someone was smoking drugs outside and inside the whole place smelt terrible. The room was tiny, the building was really run down and dirty. It was so upsetting, my wife was scared and crying. If it was cheap we would understand that you get what you pay for, but it wasn't cheap at £135. we found a lovely 4 star spar hotel nearby for £93. We have asked for a refund and are still waiting.

The property was very clean and cosy! The man who greeted us was very accommodating and friendly and even wrote us a list with the best bars and clubs which came in handy. The bed was extremely cosy, we all had a great stay 😊 thank you!
