La hacienda esta en perfectas condiciones en general nos agrado bastante, la piscina y sus jardines muy bonitos, me toco suite y la verdad la cama muy comoda y grande habia para poner hamaca lo cual aproveche para estrenar la que habia comprado, muy limpia la suite
que no hubiera hornito o parrilla para calentar algun alimento, aunque contaba con un pequeño frigobar que me saco de apuros y un olor que de repente desprendia la cañeria del baño.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et nous avons apprécié qu'elle dispose aussi d'un petit réfrigérateur. Piscine agréable et environnement calme.

It was tranquil and had a beautiful pool area which was kept clean and well maintained. The breakfasts were a good value and the staff were helpful when needed.
The rooms were nice but quite bare. Our room needed another chair or chest on which to set our things.

Room was clean and well-maintained. Manager was friendly and helpful. Showering area was spacious. Hotel grounds were quiet during the daytime and we could enjoy the singing wild birds. WiFi was reliable and not too slow.
Noisier than I expected. Barking dogs in the area kept us from getting a good night's sleep. Another guest of the hotel woke us around 7AM with their crying baby. Bed was a bit too soft with "valleys".

Free coffee was offered and bike rentals were available. The area was very quiet and safe. Some snacks and beverages were avaible for purchase which was very convenient. I was also impressed that 70 of the energy was supplied through solar panals. The gardens were lovely.

The shower never got to warm. No coffee maker in the room. it showed 4 stars and I think that’s crazy! I would be extremely kind to give it 3 stars. it was a solid 2.

the artificial cenote was very dirty! we had to pay for everything on site like the indoor pool…
the service at the restaurant was terrible. the servers are on their phones instead of coming to check on the customers. The price of the meals are easily twice the average price of Merida… overall, it is an expensive hotel for what they offer

The place is beautiful, it’s a walking distance from the center of Izamal. The room was quite big, water in the shower was hot with a good flow. No smelly drain and I visited very few places that didn’t have that problem so that’s a real plus !! There is a parking inside. It’s really a great value for money and I had a great night there.

After a day in the Mexican heat, the swimming pool is a very nice asset of the hotel. Ideal if you have a rental car that you want to park. large rooms

Loved the pool. Loved the room. Loved the snacks and bar at the pool. Loved the parking. Beautiful bathrooms. Loved the morning coffee. Wish we had booked 2 nights we liked the hotel and the town so much.
We couldn’t get extra pillows.
