The staff and the facilities were great, it was very great and with good transportation connection. Besides, there are a lot of restaurants out there, so you have many choices to eat.

While the location is not the best, it was an excellent transportation connection so it very easy to get to the centre of the city.

Property was in a good location for our needs and there was a mall 10 mins down the road. Daniel and Erika’s grill house that is right across the street is a must, there is a small supermarket nearby too. Staff was friendly and check-in was simple.

Not sure if this is all the rooms, but the one we stayed in you could hear everything from the outside and unfortunately the biggest issue for us was the Wi-Fi was down during our stay.

Small tv for size of room. Some residents were a bit noise later at night down the corridos, the Receptionist should attempt to keep noise down.

Not sure that the parking charge is mentioned on the website, although it was easier to pay than try to find a parking space in the area.

Staff were fantastic and friendly. Lots of shops within walking distance from the hotel,would 100% stay again. Clean room, lovely clean modern bathroom. Nice soft towels, really comfortable bed.

My only reservation was the remote control was dirty!! Could do with a wipe with a antibacterial wipe and some clean cotton wool buds between the buttons.

The location wasn’t very easy to travel to central but I suppose that’s not the hotels fault.

For what we traveled for the location was convenient. The rooms were clean.

The random mobile phone that was left in our room and woke us up cause someone was calling. Begs the question was someone in our room during our stay, the phone was not there the previous night. I forgot my cap in the room and when I called to tell them, they told me it was not there. I am not happy about that. The cap meant alot to me as it was a gift from a music mentor. There is no other place it could have been apart from in that room.. Also there was kids making noise in the corridors in the early hours of rhe morning, not good if you have had a late night. Mobile network in our room wasn't great, which made it even more frustrating as the wifi of the was not easy to connect to

I didn’t like the beds very noisy and very close to each other I mean couple inches close. No side beds no headboard and the plugs were behind the bed.

Very friendly, helpful staff. We had such a warm welcome. We were going to an event at alexandra Palace. We caught the bus from outside, which took us straight to alexandra Palace. It was reasonably priced, clean and had 24hour access.
