Staff behaviour. They are charged 550 rupees for one hour early check-in.

Staff behaviour is worst they have asked 1000 rs extra for late check out.. when we entered in they told just 500 for late check out.. very worst staff.. and no proper lift maintenance.. bathroom is not clean.. there were cockroach 🪳 in the room.. not well maintained...

I had contacted severel times before journey regrading late check-in due to flight schedule of Indigo Airline. They had assured me. Despite that, they denied my booking at 4.30 AM while there was dark outsude & I was a complete stranger in Hyderabad who had just travelled from another country. After vigorous bargain, they shifted me to another hotel. Thereafter, on the nest day, they again shifted me to the original hotel.
