어떤 곳은 와이파이가 안되고 어떤 곳은 샤워기가 안되고 화장실에 걸이가 하나도 없기도 하고 이불엔 먼지가 가득한 곳도 있었다. 여러번 방을 옮기고 머물긴 했지만 거기는 끝없이 나오는 바퀴벌레 소굴이였다.

Everything was good

- The big bed and the sheets - the location - the hot shower - that we could store Our luggage there after check out for free

- we checked in earlier and therefore had to pay 400 rupees extra (i texted them earlier to ask about conditions and they didn't reply) so finally we paid around 1534 rupees - the cockroaches - we couldn't change the rooms - then after we complained they swept the Floor and it was really dirty (they could have swept before someone is checking in) - the room in general was dirty (i didn 't want to use the cuoboard) - they WiFi didn't work - the TV didn't work

Ac is not working properly and all room ac is very old model and services is not done so ac is not worked properly. All bed sheets are dusty.

Night shift receptionist.. he was so lazy to respond always with his mobile.. AC was not working even after changing room. Towels were not provided Breakfast was not included

worst hygiene, beds are full of stains, worst staff, though breakfast is included as per my booking they refused to provide.
