We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David and Karen’s BnB. Rooms were clean, comfortable and the towels and linen smelled so good! The breakfast was amazing! Home cooked and full of flavour. We also loved the idea of ticking what we wanted the night before. Location of the BnB was great too - just a short walk away from everything! David and Karen were wonderful hosts, highly recommend their BnB!

It was as sparkling clean and very comfortable. There was a separate sitting area in our room which was nice. Yea, coffee and biscuits provided too.
Decor was gorgeous . Lots of choice for breakfast.

A really lovely little bed and breakfast. Room was a great size and was clean and comfortable. Hosts were really accommodating. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Good location being just a 10 minute walk to the prom. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The Kenmore was in a perfect location. We had parking on site. Friendly welcome!!! Room was a perfect size and exceptionally clean and well presented. The shower was lovely and we had plenty of hot water. Room was just really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was very relaxed.

Everything. David was the perfect host as soon as we arrived. We even went to places he suggested and they didn't dissapoint.
Dog friendly and they care about your pets and not to be made like they are nuisance.
Karen's breakfast was great even accommodated one morning as we left early and made us a bacon sandwich to take away.
Room was clean and tea tray topped up daily. We do like our cuppas and generous on the portions.
Excellent value for money. Will definitely be back as we didn't explore much of Llandudno.

Good, very clean ,don't think I've stayed in a better guest house.
The only thing and I think I'm being petty was lack of bins outside property. Because a couple of mornings there was a couple of doggy poo bags in the front garden, which I can't blame the owner for .

Very good location, pretty quiet place to stay, nicely decorated throughout, off road parking. One of the cleanest B&B we ever stayed. I would definitely stay again and could recommend to my friends.

We have stayed at the Kenmore twice and will certainly return! Lovely, clean and comfortable rooms - a great breakfast and friendly hosts. Maybe the comfiest bed we've slept in at a b&b too! Some nice touches when we visited with the dogs such as mat for the room and a list of dog friendly restaurants. Thanks David and Karen!

Room was light, airy, clean and comfortable with a little side room with comfortable sofa. Breakfast was good. Dave and Karen were friendly and made us feel welcome. Added bonus of off road parking too.

Great room & spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely. Hosts were very accomodating & it was an added bonus they had parking for for the car. Great to be able to take the dog with walks just on the doorstep. Well done Karen & Dave.

The whole experience was excellent the food cleanliness room the en suite the owners were very attentive and friendly with excellent local knowledge and advice making us extremely comfortable.I would thank them very much for the time we were there.

Karen and David were very friendly and welcoming. We couldn't fault our room, it was clean and comfortable. The dining room was decorated beautifully and the vegatarian breakfast was delicious. Overall it was good value for money.
This was our first overnight stay since before the pandemic and it was fab! It was a short walk or taxi ride to the sea front or town so good location too.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kenmore. The owners have everything well organised, and recommended some great local walks for us. The room was really nice and spacious. We're looking forward to going back in 2022.
