We loved everything about it, it was in a perfect location and the room was modern and spotlessly clean with a really comfy bed and little extras such as a fridge stocked with fresh milk and bottles of water, really nice toiletries in the bathroom and dressing gowns and slippers. We had a sea view which was amazing. Breakfast was also lovely, freshly cooked to order with lots of choice and the homemade vegetarian sausages and omelette were delicious! But what really makes this place so special is the hosts, they are so friendly and make you feel at home from the minute you step through the door, nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We will definitely be going to stay again.

Excellent location and stunning view, hotel is modern and newly refurbished. Room was very clean, bathroom beautifully designed, bed was comfortable. Hosts were very friendly, kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was exceptionally good with many choices available and freshly made at the time requested. Will definitely recommend and certainly will go back again.

Literally, everything. From the moment we arrived I felt like royalty. The room was stunning, clean, amazing views. We had WiFi, bathrobes, slippers, a map of Llandudno, fresh milk and water in the mini fridge, tea&coffee facilities, iron & ironing board, shower get & shampoos, the list could go on.. they had thought of everything and we really did appreciate this.Teresa & Rhein were the most perfect hosts, the attention to detail was so lovely. Breakfast was the best I’ve had staying in a guest house, the selection of fresh local produce was fantastic. We loved our little chats, finding out the history of Min Y Don, but also finding out how much work Teresa & Rhein had done single handedly. You are both wonderful and so talented. Thank you so much and We will be booking again this week for our little break in June, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else !!!

Having to leave!!! Normally I’m ready to get home back to my own bed and comforts, but I could have stayed so much longer.

Could only stay two nights!!

Beautiful place to stay Teresa&Rhein went above and beyond making our stay worthwhile. Lovely couple Breakfast was excellent cooked breakfast was tasty also had great selection. Would recommend having evening meal in restaurant food was high standard very tasty and you get a lot for your money .Had a memorable stay and will definitely be going there again .

Nothing really We were on 3rd floor I had some problems with stairs but that was just me personally. We didn't find any complaints at all .Had a great stay and location is perfect

The breakfast was first class and the room was quiet and well decorated. I have certain dietary requirements and Teresa went out of her way to make sure they were met.

We are quite old and found the bed mattress a little hard for us.
