Had a wonderful stay. The host was so helpful and gave us lots of tips and restaurant suggestions. The location is right in the centre but on a quiet street. Powerful shower and a comfortable bed.

The apartment was just perfect for our stay in Isla Mujeres! And on top of that, Madjid is an incredibly amazing host (not exaggerating one bit)! Upon arrival he provided us with a lot of restaurant recommendations and a great overview of the island. He owns the building so very useful in case of an emergency. Madjid also owns a little cafe -on site- where you can have a variety of breakfast options, which we strongly recommend (especially the Mushroom, Chaya & Cheese omelette, and the excellent homemade marmelade of Pineapple, Coconut & Orange). The apartment is very close to Playa Norte (3-6 mins walk depending on what part you want to go to) and approx. 5-10 mins walk to the ferry station (so no need for a taxi). The apartment is surrounded by loads of restaurants, bicycle/golf cart rentals and stores. Despite its ideal location, parallel to the street filled with more "touristy" restaurants, in the booming part of the island: 1- The vibe on the island is mostly "chill" so the main streets are never extremely noisy (even though you can hear the music while walking in the street, it’s just animated without exaggeration). 2- The building seems well soundproofed because our nights were very quiet and we had a great rest at night. In conclusion, me and my friend agreed that this was our best hotel/airbnb experience + the Island was pure paradise, a serious 10/10!

I absolutely fell in love with this spot. Madjid is a kind hearted host and this stay couldn’t have been nicer. he room was clean and secure and included a kitchenette.

Madjid is a great host, the room is spacious and exceeded our expectations. The view of the enclosed garden was stunning and it was quiet and peaceful. We worked from the terrace for a few days- Wifi is very strong. The café has super tasty food and great service. Absolutely loved my stay.

We stayed here for a week and had an absolutely amazing time. The apartment was perfect for my son and I. There was just the right amount of space and it was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The staff was helpful with everything we needed. The location is perfect very close to everything, but on a quiet street.

This is a lovely, quiet property in an excellent location close to downtown and North Beach. The host is very gracious and helpful. The attached restaurant has wonderful, healthy options for breakfast and lunch, including vegetarian.

The room was big, beds were great shower also. The place is located very well, close to center of the island and the beach. The mab who runs place is a lovely person and he was nice to us and helped us with activities in the island. Great place, recommend

The curtains don't really cover the whole window so most of the light gets in.

And it was very clean, very eccentric close to the beach and to all the shops restaurants. Manjid is an excellent hostess he will take the time to instruct you on things to do, where to go and to eat.

The room was clean, spacious and well kept during our stay. The owner welcomed us and gave us a rundown of the island, which was very helpful. The attached cafe was also delicious and incredibly fresh.

Outstanding location! Just a short walk to Playa Norte. Clean and comfortable. Kind and friendly staff and owner, with a lovely little cafe and the best breakfast on the island.

There is a little bit of noise from the nightclubs, but to be expected if staying downtown. Overall, very quiet. Plenty of hot water, but not a lot of water pressure in shower. We would still rent again!

Everything about the property was perfect, there are only three apartments meticulously maintained by the amazing staff. The little garden in front of the rooms is lovely and even though Hidalgo street is right behind it’s really quiet. Masjid and his staff made sure that absolutely everything was perfect. The bed is extremely comfortable with nice high-quality sheets and bedding, the water pressure was great with excellent hot water, the Wi-Fi was fantastic for the island, the breakfasts at the restaurant are absolutely amazing ( not included) , we also loved that water was included with the apartment, whenever the bottle would run low they would refill it, everything was perfect here.

There was honestly nothing that we didn’t like about this place and we will happily stay here again. We have stayed quite a few places on this island and this is the most comfortable stay we have ever had
