Nice clean room, everything you need in a good B & B. Very good

I liked the hosts very much. They're always up for a laugh. It's in a nice quiet area. Around the corner to the beach. The whole place is very clean.

The walk in shower was down the hall. The mattress want very comfortable.

Breakfast was good plenty of choice, location good nice and quiet ,hosts very friendly.

Very close to everything, didn't have breakfast as like to have a lie in after staying out late. The room we had was excellent nice size spotlessly clean the proprietor even put us a fan in the room as it was quite warm would highly recommend

Close to centre skegness. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Room and WC was clean tidy and fresh. Breakfast was HUGE. Did'nt need lunch. A great comfortable stay and would stay here again. 5*

The only thing we disliked about this stay was the rain. But, brolly in hand just carried on.

Breakfast was meant to be included but wasn't? Location was good just out of town. Was meant to be en suite but only had toilet and sink

No shower. Communal one was poor

Only there for a couple of nights, so up and off fairly early and back in the evening, therefore we didn't spend too much time in the building. The hotel was in an excellent location for the town centre, Dave was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We've never been to Skegness before and should we go again, we would have no problem staying there.

location, friendly and clean

There isn't much not to like! It's a lovely little place located a short walk from the Pleasure Beach and other attractions which is just what we wanted. The hosts were very friendly and were very generous with the tea/coffee facilities in our room which was greatly appreciated and the room itself was comfortable and clean. Could not recommend the place enough!

The shower wasn't the best, but honestly such a tiny criticism when everything was pretty much excellent.
