Meno di 10 minuti a PIEDI distanza dal Birmingham Southern College, 15 minuti a piedi dal campo Legion. 5-10 minuti di auto da UAB e St. Vincents: ospedali, aeroporto, centro, campi da golf, parchi, alcuni dei migliori ristoranti e vita notturna di Birmingham.

Recentemente e completamente rinnovato, un grande alto 9 piedi + soffitto tre camere da letto, due casa storica con bagno completo con ampio portico coperto anteriore arredato con sedie a dondolo, panca, tavolo da pranzo con sedie e un ampio salotto all'aperto. Ha due box auto al vicolo con cortile recintato per un facile accesso alla casa senza camminare sulle scale di fronte. Ampio soggiorno con camino a legna e divano letto a una piazza e mezza, bella sala da pranzo formale e ampia cucina completamente attrezzata e bagno. Pulizia di pavimenti in legno in tutto. Ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato, un ampio spazio armadio in ogni camera. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti, TV a schermo piatto, via cavo, wifi, ecc. Questa è una casa molto bella, pulita e completamente attrezzata. Un'occasione per sentirsi a casa al prezzo di un hotel.

This was such a pleasant experience. Best party about it, the host actually ANSWERS the phone!!!! A few quick calls and everything was perfect! She even responded to text right away...
The cabinets are filled with all the spices needed to prepare home cooked meals. Everything was clean. Loved the dining room, family room and front porch with a beautiful display of fireflies right after dusk.
I won't forget this visit, ever!!!

We stayed here while attending the SEC tournament Hoover. This property allowed easy access to and from Hoover Met Complex. Extremely clean. Perfect for a family!

The house was perfect

Showed up at the property at check in. No power. Tried calling emergency contacts to no avail. Could not reach either contact and one of those contacts, the owner, had her VM full. Then contacted VRBO and they tried to help and 2 hours later the owner finally contacted us. She was trying to get an electrician over, but it would be dark soon and there were no assurances it could be solved in a timely manner. She offered another property she owned that was smaller. This new property was only 2 bedroom/2 bath. We really were stuck with this option as this was the weekend of the Bama LSU game and there was no availability. So, we took it. The condo was ok but reeked of smoke. When we asked for a discount due to the smaller size and smokey smell, she claimed the condo was in a much nicer neighborhood, as opposed to the fabulous location claim of the original property, and the smoke was from the other condos. She would not negotiate. This was a very disappointing transaction to say the least.

Enjoyable stay
The house is spacious, warm, clean and uncluttered. It is a short drive from the interstate and Downtown so you can quickly get anywhere. The neighborhood is quiet, a mixed bag of nice and older/unoccupied-looking houses. Property managers, Suzy and David, were very welcoming and helpful in showing how to open & close the automatic garage door from the inside of the garage. Check-in and check out process was easy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great Stay!
Nice quiet neighborhood but close to Downtown Birmingham and all it has to offer just a short drive away. Spacious and Comfortable home with everything you need to enjoy your stay and a garage to park your car off the street. Large front porch excellent for relaxing, having a meal or drinks when the weather is nice. Excellent!

Great old house!
We enjoyed our stay at this home in Birmingham. The old house is very well maintained and updated while keeping the charm of the original. The front porch was great for early morning coffee! Very clean and well equipped. Comfy beds. It was nice to have the garage to park our car in and was a shame that the keypad outside the door didn’t work to open the garage door. Great stay overall, would rent again.

Diamond in the rough
My husband and I went to Birmingham to spend time with my in-laws . We decided to rent somewhere close by to get some quiet time . We found this lovely home 10 minutes from their home the location was on the south side in a modest neighborhood it was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly . The home was decorated with love and the touches were wonderful. We felt right at home .

Super clean and a great front porch!
The house is an older property, but well maintained and comfortable. My son and I stayed for a soccer tournament and this place was perfect for us. Spacious kitchen and living room. Beds were super comfortable. Really clean and ready when we got there. Will definitely be trying to book this again!

Cute little house! Great stay!
The house was great! It's cute, old little home and super comfortable. We did have issues with the internet router and ended up just using our phone hot spot to access the internet. We had a little issue when we arrived. They were still there cleaning 20 minutes after the check in time. I also specifically looked for a house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so my friend and I didn't have to work around each other in the bathrooms. I guess you have to specify if 2 adults want more than one bedroom and one bathroom. They mark off the other rooms "do not enter" so it was good someone was there to give us access to the other spaces. Once that was taken care of, the rest was wonderful! There's a beautiful mountain view at the end of the street, I spent a lot of time out on the front porch which is lovely, and chatted with the veteran next door for a bit. I highly recommend this house, just know to specify how much of the house you will need.

Very nice and quiet get away.
Very spacious, cute, clean rental. Decent neighborhood the neighbors are very nice. I will definately rent this same rental again if income back to Birmingham and it is available. It was very relaxing and peaceful. And you cant beat the price... a whole house for around the same cost as a decent motel. Dave and Suzy the owners were awesome as far as communication.. I would highly reccomend this rental. Thank you!!

Nice, quiet home
This home is an older, kind of historic home, but it's updated. When I say older, I mean it has lots of charm and fun architectural features that you don't see in today's new homes. It has lots of character. It's clean and quiet and the beds are super comfy. The house has everything you need. It was convenient to what we wanted to do. The only thing I would say is that the check in materials need to be updated a bit. We received three different sets of information and each had different garage codes, etc. It would be nice to have consistent directions. Overall, it was a great stay.

Perfect for Us!
This quaint renovated old style home was perfect for our group of 3. It would however accommodate more with its large dining table and lovely large front porch. The kitchen is situated nicely and is easy to work in. It had all the necessary equipment to make our stay comfortable. The area was a short drive to attractions. Thanks David and Suzy!

Comfortable like Home
This home was as soon as we entered Birmingham and was easy to find. This home was all my family and I needed for a short stay before flying out of the Birmingham the next morning. It was only 8 miles out. The home was very neat and clean. I like the front porch the most. The neighbors were quiet so it made our evening outside relaxing. I recommend this home for a family stay.

Totally awesome place to stay
We loved everything about the house (floors were creaky but expected in an older home.) The place is very well kept and very clean. Roomy and beds were comfortable. We did have 7 but never used the pull out couch (because one lady brought her own blow up mattress) so I can't rate that. Quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting out on the huge porch. Security was very good with deadbolts & locks, even on the garage. Close to downtown and our venue for the National Senior Games, which we won the Gold Medal placing 1st out of 20 teams in volleyball! I highly recommend this house. The owner responds quickly to questions and is great to deal with via email (since I don't have a cell phone.)

Beautiful home built for a home away from home
We rented this home as we were in town for a basketball tournament. We had a group of boys and coaches that got to the home and it was perfect for an overnight stay. The washer and dryer were a plus and all the lil things from the basket of candy and fruit left to welcome you. We all loved the porch as it provided organic opportunities for fellowship.

Beautiful home
This extremely clean house came with everything you could possibly need. The front porch was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the neighborhood. The keureg coffee and goody basket were a nice touch. We felt completely at home and relaxed.
