All very convenient for us for our work-related trip, options of the carvery next door made life easier, staff were very helpful, and hotel was clean and comfortable and at a very sensible and acceptable rate.

Our bedroom toilet smelt of urine. Toilet bowl was grubby. It needed bleaching. Cramped shower cubicle with an old shower curtain. Old looking sealant in shower cubicle. Depressing breakfast situation. Cramped eating area. Really uncomfortable and hard beds. They need descent mattresses. Reception toilet absolutely stank and put you off your breakfast. No toilet brush and faced with uncomfortable situation. Stank of urine. We have never stayed in such an awful hotel and paid £148 for the night with no cancellation. Very expensive for what it is. We will never stay in a Holiday Inn again. There was no space for parking and had to park on the premedis next door. Just shocking. No air conditioning and had to listen to the fan all night. There was no life.

All the staff were very helpful, respectful, our room had plenty of room and the bathroom was very good for disabled people, the room was very clean, plenty to eat for breakfast and a good choice.
The hot water in the shower was not very hot and the shower water did not drain away very well so the floor stayed wet.

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Betten waren bequem, Das Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Ring Road, aber von Verkehr hört man nichts. 1 km entfernt ist der kostenlose Parkplatz für das Park + Ride in die Innenstadt. Im Zimmer war eine kontinentale Steckdose. Genial

I liked the room size, with the sofa bed, chair and desk provided. The tea/coffee facilities, along with the toiletries, make all the difference to the stay-just not enough sachets and milk in the room without going to reception and asking for some. The bed was comfortable also.
I was unable to comment on the food as I didn't stay for breakfast.
The room was not cleaned to standard, there was nail clippings left on the carpet under the phone stand. One of the large towels did not look clean as it had brown marks on it-this resulted in me using the spare one.
The TV was hard to figure out, so did not bother with it - it came on and everything but it was connected to earphones, and so no sound was heard from the TV.

Staff were fantastic. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Shower was very good with Dove shower products provided. Coffee machine available for use all day. Breakfast was good.
Room had a connecting room which was noisy with guest nextdoor. Doors to rooms slam behind you which was very loud when people leaving at 6.30am.

Room 106 you can hear the voices of those who are either staff or arrivals in the restaurant\ breakfast area. Voices late at night does not help with sleep! Again when breakfast starts you can hear the chairs and coffee machine.

Staff were friendly, room was a good size, really pleased you get free drinks 24/7 and the bus to the centre was very close by
Only things I can fault is the TV in our room was to the right of the bed so was hard to see, pillows were very uncomfortable and the car park gets full near the hotel so you have to park near the carvery

Staff were polite and friendly and had an easy check in and out. Room clean and breakfast facilities and food & drink availble were excellent. We requested a lower floor room due to a member of the party being disabled and this was taken into account with our room and we received a message from the hotel confirming this.

We liked the coffee machine in the breakfast area, the beds were lovely, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was noisy, guests slamming doors, and the corridor lights were bright all night and visible inside the rooms. Also the room itself was very small for a family room and the fold out bed mechanism was awful!

Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Check-in very straightforward & welcoming friendly staff. Room clean & tidy if a little tired. The shower was amazing, really powerful, a bonus.
The bed, not very comfortable at all and all beds should in this day & see be king sized to match most peoples homes. We did not sleep well the 2 nights we stayed there. Also the bathroom gets way too hot & damp after showering, the floor ends up very wet with condensation. Our room was uncomfortably hot during the night with no apparent way to turn it down ourselves.
