暖气有点不足，床有点小

Location to nearby amenities ,,plenty of beds In each room which were clean n tidy,,was clean on arrival,plenty of kitchen needs provided, ideal for our girlie get together

A lot of radiators in the rooms weren’t working so bedrooms were chilly,,the road leading up to the apartment was terrible with loads of pot holes n no lighting so was a health n safety issue One of our party was disabled n used a wheelchair so it was dangerous leading up to the entrance road,, not sure who is responsible for the roads

The mattresses were a bit springy and the music system didn’t work

Communication was outstanding and very clear. Ideal for groups or large family stays

The facilities for a large group to be together were fantastic. The living area was comfortable and we were able to relax together in home away from home surroundings.

The address I had taken from one of the propert the property information received was 18 Gillygate so I used that on Google Maps to direct the party as I was on 5G - it was not the correct address. When I eventually found an alternative address from a different email (again no wifi access) we eventually found it but some unfortunate residents directed us to the correct building. She told us that she regularly gets people knocking on her door looking for the actual building so I would say it’s not that easy to locate.

great location and a brilliant size for a hen party weekend. communal areas were big enough to fit everyone together

decor is a little tired and damaged, quite dusty and grimy in places and there was a distinct lack of forks.

the rooms where neat and tidy, they had plenty of space and generally well designed too.

there weren’t enough fans since it was particularly hot and the 3rd floor was unbelievable too warm.
