Good staff, very gentle and available to help. I was able to keep my luggage before checkin and after checkout. There was also a good shared kitchen with water, fruits, coffee. Pleasant stay.

Set in a quiet and peaceful suburb. Bed was comfortable, wifi excellent, and the shared bathroom was clean and spotless. Jing and her husband were also always warm and friendly, and I sometimes felt as though I was living in a relative's house! It's also conveniently located near the Abbey Wood station, a large Sainsbury supermarket, and a post office.

Everything was great! There was no sign of the noisy neighbour mentioned in other reviews - maybe he has moved.

The location was very remote, nowhere near Greenwich as stated in the ad. Shared bathroom not ideal and could have been cleaner.

I felt very welcome when I arrived, and I didn’t need to wait to check in and the owner is really thoughtful, saved me from the pouring rain as she brought an umbrella for me too. Everything is clean there, and you can see how much thought she’s put to her guests to feel comfortable. Soft nice towels, soft loo roll, the softest tissues! I had access to kitchen and washing machine which I didn’t know before arrival, that was wonderful. And to make it better some fresh breakfast items are provided free of charge! Toast, jam, bananas, milk, butter. My room had a huge private terrace with table and chairs, inside I had sofa and small tv. Parking spot for my car on the drive, and Abbey Wood station nearby and even a huge park next to station. I couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you Jing!

Neighbors were noisy sometimes, but never at night

Always great to be back at Simply guesthouse, feels almost like home by now, thank you Jing for the usual warm welcome and for providing such comfortable, neat and quiet place to stay when I come for visiting London office.

It was like having our own flat in London. Location was really good. Only a few minutes walk to the Abbey Wood station for both the Tube, Elisabeth line, trains and buses. Also very convenient to Sainsburys for food shopping. About 30 minutes from the central parts of London. Very comfortable beds, simple breakfast foods and fruit was available. I could definitely stay here again.

The room was as expected, clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, it was pleasant and quiet, also the books in the room were a bonus.

Everything was ok and some aspects were excellent.

Amazing attention to detail. The host has clearly put a huge amount of thought and effort into the guest experience. Everything was super clean and common areas were cleaned every day, the bathroom was sparkling. Spacious room, large comfortable bed (springy supportive mattress with a topper), crisp white bedlinen, pleasant neutral-comfy decor. And then so many helpful, thoughtful details - when I arrived and mentioned to the host I was going out for the evening, she immediately volunteered the last train time. She also provided directions in the app before I had to ask. She compiled a folder in the room with lots of useful information for visitors. The house has a clearly visible plaque on it that makes it easy to find for first-time visitors. The kitchen was stocked with a good variety of breakfast items, bread, cereal, jam. Slippers are provided, as well as luxury handsoap, nail polish remover, toothpaste, kettle in the room with tea and coffee, plenty of fridge space, hair dryer... the towels are good quality, thick and luxurious. 5-star service and facilities for a very affordable price, especially for London. Astounding value. The fact that the Elizabeth line comes straight from Heathrow to Abbey Wood station 5 minutes away makes it really easy to access, the cherry on the cake.

Extremely minor - I wasn't able to locate recycling facilities in the kitchen, but also didn't have much time to look as I was on the way to catch a bus.

The owner was very helpful and friendly, the property was clean and convenient for our purposes. There were essentials in the cupboard for hot drinks and breakfast.

The house has been redesigned to maximise bedrooms. This results in no area for a family to sit together other than around the small kitchen table. Fine for a couple of days, not sure it would work for longer.

The lady was really helpful, and the room was perfect and clean. I loved that it was quiet. In addition we had great breakfast and it was easy to reach and find the apartment too.

Amazing and kind host. Spotlessly clean. Stuff for breakfast was a nice surprise. Quiet. The host has even lent me a tie (I forgot to pack it for a trip!).

The room as well as the bathroom were very clean. The host was friendly at all times. She was very helpful even after checking-out when we were in need of another place to stay for the following night.

Great place to visit London on a budget. Very nice and helpful hosts. Easily reachable with the new Elizabeth Line.
